The house is nicely renovated and the hosts were very responsive and thoughtful. The ping-pong table is awesome!

Beautiful home

Comfortable and spacious. There were more than enough games for family fun. The location is within 20min of everything we wanted to visit. Worth every dollar. Would love to stay there again next year

Good weekend house for teenage boys and families.

The house was as expected. The game room was a good place for the boys to burn energy during our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is to add more than one TV in the house and possibly additional seating in the living space.

Very Clean and Great Location

Loved thuis rental. Great location, convenient to the Austin - Pflugerville and Round Rock area. Hosts were great and communicated regularly. Large dining table Well supplied kitchen Appliances, washer and dryer in great working condition Loved the fenced-in backyard and the lights on the covered patio. Furniture was in good condition and comfortable Large bedrooms and large master bath. Be patient with front door lock, works great, but don't jump the gun on trying to open the door. Wait until it is through processing Great Roku TV

Worst Stay Ever

Upon check-in the floors were filthy, the yard had not been mowed and the fence was falling down. A skunk entered through the dilapidated fence making its way onto the back porch, when my family went outside it sprayed us. Upon contacting the property manager they did nothing. I would never stay in this place again.

Great place, very well managed

Very much enjoyed our stay in Austin (Pflugerville) and the property made it so much better. Rosa was so communicative. House is exactly as advertised. Nice to have fresh towels in each room and the welcome gift was a nice touch. Will likely be coming back.

Good for short stay

Spacious bedrooms. Owners did a good job making the property feel welcoming. We enjoyed the game room. Not quite spacious enough for a family bigger than 4-5 in the living area. Neighborhood was a bit questionable but no safety incidences occurred.

Great rental!

As a short term rental owner myself, my expectations are higher than most others. The property was just as advertised. Clean, easy, and most importantly plenty of towels, hygiene products, and a smart TV.

Great stay and owner are amazing

We had issued with the door locking and Rosa willing to come the same day and fix the issue. +w truly appreciate her answering our messafe and coming so quickly. The house was clean and the neighborhood very easy to navigate.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was much better then renting hotel rooms. Very reasonable on price too. It was very spacious and clean.

Overall good

Price was good. House was amazing. I would definitely stay again if we decide to go back to Austin. Just one little thing that maybe can be change is the comfort of the beds. 2/4 where very hard but we didn’t sleep much being in Austin lol.

Vous êtes reçu par Rosa Greenhalgh

Originating from different sides of the coast - Rosa from Virginia & Jeremy from California, we met in Tempe, Arizona. In 2018, we decided to shake things up and moved our family (us & our 2 dogs, Maverick and Riley) to Austin, TX!

We became hosts, first in 2014 and again in 2022, because we enjoy creating spaces where family and friends can sit back and feel right at home. Our listings mirror that and we've done our best to include as many items to make it feel like your home away from home.
