Open and airy is the theme of this home, and you’ll find that all three spacious bedrooms reflect this. Complete with hardwood floors, comfy mattresses, and high-end furniture, each bedroom is a welcoming space to relax and unwind.

The large main bedroom on the upper level is a sun-filled space with two queen-sized beds as well as a daybed and trundle separated by a few stairs. The bright room features abstract art, decorative light fixtures, and large windows. Perfect for families with kids, this extra-large bedroom sleeps up to six guests comfortably.

Bedroom two is a mostly white space with a queen-sized bed, plush carpeting, and a laptop-friendly work desk perfect for anyone who needs to sneak away to answer emails or make calls during their stay.

Bedroom three is a calming blend of earthy color tones and natural light. It has a king-size bed, nature-inspired decor, and a spacious closet so you can unpack your belongings and feel at home.

Need sleeping arrangements for additional guests? The loft space has a daybed and a trundle, and the sofa in the living room pulls out into a queen bed. Plus, a queen-sized air mattress can be made available if requested at the time of booking and makes it possible to accommodate up to 15 people in total.

☆☆ GUEST ACCESS ☆☆
As a guest here, you have the entire home to yourself, including the loft area, private backyard, and washer and dryer. There is private parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway and plenty of free parking on the street. You’ll be given a unique keycode for easy access to the home. The only area off limits is the garage and locked owner’s closets.

If you’re traveling with little ones you’ll be happy to find all of the kids’ equipment already in the home, including toys, books, board games, a Pack n’ Play, a highchair, plastic plates, utensils, etc.

We allow well-behaved and house-trained dogs for a fee of $100 per dog to cover additional cleaning costs. The dogs must be under 80lbs each unless previously agreed on with the host. Please make sure you clean up any dog waste in the yard and keep the pets off the furniture. Dogs must be crated if left alone in the home during your stay.

Please note that there are outdoor cameras on the exterior of the property for your safety.

☆☆ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE☆☆

Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is not suitable for parties and large, loud gatherings. Our neighborhood enforces quiet hours after 9:00pm. Please do not loiter outside in the front yard or our backyard after 9 PM at night. Please be mindful of noise.

Smoking of any kind (tobacco, weed, vape, etc) is strictly prohibited on the property. Please note that it is illegal to use Marijuana in the state of Texas. If you smoke marijuana on our property, our neighbors will call the police and you will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund, in addition to any penalties imposed by law enforcement.

We have security surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property. Any moving, removing, and/or tampering with the security cameras will result in a fee of $500.

Please note: We do not provide ice or filtered water for drinking.

COVID Cleaning: Our home is professionally cleaned. All doorknobs, light switches, drawer pulls, remote controls, faucet handles etc. are sanitized. Where possible, we allot a 24-hour buffer between guests.
