Feel the warmth of our newly renovated home, showcasing the extraordinaire vibe of the Long Beach harbor, while you're on vacation!

We take cleaning seriously. We wash all bedding, mop the floor, and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every check out.

Comfortable bed, nice tvs, perfect for our stay. East check-in/out & great communication with host. It was nice to have a designated parking spot too. Would stay again!

Long Beach visit

The room was in a very convenient location. Walking distance to nice restaurants and easy access to freeway.The bathroom is pretty small and not ideal if you are a make up person.

Great Stay

The property had a nice Harbor / Port theme and had everything we needed. The property got very cold at night but the heating system was effective and so was the AC during the day. This is a great place if you want to come to Long Beach, as downtown is only 15 minutes away and the property is close to all major highways.

The property was very clean on the inside and the host was very communicative. I only had a few down sides. There was no fan in the bathroom and the window is right next to the shower and shows a bit much if you leave it open. The outside is in need of some small repairs but the biggest thing is that Vrbo put the pin in a much nicer neighborhood than where the location actually is. It's literally on Del Amo, on the "wrong" side of the train tracks. We didn't have any issues but I was surprised when we got the actual address. I believe this something the Vrbo software does and it is not the host's fault, but it was still a bit of shock.

Place is really nice and accessible. Lots of traffic noise all hours. Being from a rural town didn't help me.but if you are used to noise . This place is for you. Host is really nice and helpful. Good communication in case something is needed.

nicely renovated oasis

The property is very nicely renovated. easy check in process and the owner was very prompt and friendly. The bed was comfortable, shower had good pressure, and the TVs are all brand new and up to date with streaming etc. The kitchen had all the essentials and the internet worked great. Its a nice little neighborhood, but it is adjacent to a busy street, though it wasn't a problem. I'd recommend trying the mexican market up the street for eating in. The only quibble is that the funiture isn't particularly comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Disappointed

This property is located right next to a busy street that is very active and noisy. The lighting inside the living space seems to be an after thought. The blinds are all broken. The washing machine is rusted badly and unusable. I was asked by the owner to help restablish his security camera by disconnecting power. I indicated that i booked this for my 87 year old mother and was asked to make sure there wasn't going to be any partying going on to minimize noise. This place is greatly overpriced.

The area was on a main loud street The windows had cheap blinds and next to outdoor bright lights The bed had a 4” cheap mattress The furniture in the living area was hard Scratchy fabric Small seating space on the furniture Extremely uncomfortable The kitchen table had stools that were rough wood and in bath he bathroom no area for toiletries The main door had no weather stripping so the critters were able to access the house The outdoor trash was overflowing during our entire stay While the apartment shows well online it was poorly furnished. Would not recommend this to anyone
