We had a great trip! Our host was so lovely! We had a little trouble with parking due to the IndyCar race going on, but our host went above and beyond to make sure we could enjoy the weekend!

This studio had everything I needed! A full kitchen, incredibly comfortable bed, big tv with preloaded streaming channels, and all the information I needed to get in, lock up, and stay comfortable. The AC and ceiling fan kept the room cool and the water heater got my shower warm in seconds. A keurig with creamer and sugar was supplied, along with some welcome bottles of water. I can’t wait to come back to this sweet home away from home.

Great location for walking to food, coffee shops and bars. Very clean apartment, small and cozy with everything we needed for our short stay. The coffee and tea selection were a great touch! We greatly enjoyed our time with our dogs, Kristina was so kind and even left some treats my dogs loved!

I had a wonderful time staying in this apartment. Very clean, quiet and so close to many restaurants. I was attending a conference in the nearby convention center. It was roughly a 12-15 minute walk. I found the neighborhood very clean and safe. I have no complaints. Should I ever come back to Long Beach, I will definitely stay here. Many thanks to the hosts!!

The studio is amazing! Clean, and cozy. The building smells like cigarettes but the studio doesnt and Kristina is amazing. Would rent again. She’s also very receptive and very sweet. Do not hesitate to rent from her.

There wasn’t a garbage disposal trash wasn’t easy to access. The unit had a very odd odor. It wasn’t great being next to the alley on the first floor.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m surprised to hear these comments, as they don’t reflect the experience of our other ratings which are all 10/10. The historic building does not have a garbage disposal, which is noted, and trash access is clearly outlined in the check-in instructions. The unit’s first-floor location is accurately described in the listing, and most guests appreciate the easy access and convenience. While I’m sorry the setup wasn’t to your preference, we take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable space and providing an experience that consistently earns top reviews.
