Park City Mountain peeks in the window of this beautiful 3BR/2.5BA condo in the heart of the Mountain Village. Completely remodeled in October 2019, this home has new paint, all-new flooring, and brand-new appliances throughout.

The ski-in/ski-out complex promises a memorable retreat. The free Park City Bus Service means you won’t have to drive once you arrive, and ski rentals are found at Legacy Sports Rentals.

LIVING AREA

Unwind on the large leather sectional in the living room while you watch a movie on the 75” flat-screen TV. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow in ample natural light along with views of the mountain peaks towering just beyond the Mountain Village.

KITCHEN & DINING

The smartly designed, galley-style kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and everything you’ll need to prepare meals. Wide granite countertops make cooking and entertaining a breeze, while an exposed brick wall adds warmth to the space.

Perch at the breakfast bar for snacks. Gather for meals around the rustic wood dining table for six while basking in the warmth of the gas fireplace with built-in mantle shelves above.

BED & BATH

This two-story condo sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms. Each room has brand-new beds and linens, and each bathroom has completely refinished showers.

The primary bedroom holds a Tempur-Pedic California king bed and a TV. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

On the second floor, the second bedroom overlooks the living room and offers a Tempur-Pedic queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and two twin beds. The guest bathroom has an extra vanity outside the main bathroom, where you’ll find a walk-in shower.

A convenient half bath is located across from the kitchen.

OUTDOOR AREA

Luxe community amenities include a fitness center, steam room, and sauna. The indoor-outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were completely remodeled in the fall of 2019 -- perfect for a dip or soak, any time of year.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. (Please note: It is an electric dryer that takes longer than normal to dry items.)

Designated parking is available for one vehicle in the underground garage.

This unit is located on the third floor. Elevators are available.

LOCATION

Park City Mountain boasts the best skiing in the area, and this condo has the easiest access imaginable. Ski right over to the PayDay chairlift. Or take your time in Mountain Village; grab a cup at Campos Coffee and dine at Corner Store Pub and Grill. Enjoy beautiful views as you skate around the on-site ice rink.

Take the free shuttle over to Main Street, where you'll stroll past art galleries, and stop in at Atticus Coffee, Books & Teahouse. Try a paint-and-sip class at The Paint Mixer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Amazing Location

I highly recommend this condo. Perfect location with grest views of the slopes and skate rink. Recommend using Jackson Base Camp for ski rentals. They are on the 1st floor and store your ski's overnight. Ycan ski

Great unit, challenging communication

Overall, the stay was great. Communication with the owner/property manager was the only issue. We were considering rescheduling and they just flat out refused and offered no sympathy, whatsoever. The owner of the property isn’t involved at all, so you’re dealing with a corporation that has zero personality or flexibility, and responses are templated and end with “it’s our policy…”. We had issues with the water and the corporate contact didn’t really know what to do and couldn’t provide much guidance, so we had to use just one shower the whole time. Other than that, the location is perfect, and the unit is very clean and beautiful.

Can’t beat the view!!

The perfect spot to feel like you’re in the middle of the action, but also in the warmth and coziness of the condo. Great views of the slopes, lifts, and overlooks the ice rink. We would definitely stay here again!

Great home at excellent location

The location was amazing, right in the village and steps away from the lifts. The property was great as well with no real complaints. The only negative was that you could not open the freezer on the refrigerator. Otherwise everything was great.

Excellent location

We enjoyed our stay - 8 adults - great parking in garage, convenient location and fun to watch ice skating and the slopes from the large window, clean , comfortable , 2 1/2 baths .Minor suggestions: some kitchen dish towels for drying dishes and larger coffee filters for the standard coffee maker. Also the hot tubs must have had too much chlorine as we had some ruined bathing suits and one of the towels.. Would definitely stay again !!

Doesn't get much better

Cozy and well appointed, the property was what we needed for our ski vacation. It comes at a little higher or equal price than some more updated/newer but its hard to beat the location. 1 min walk to the slopes. Sparkly clean and comfortable beds. Plus, the management company was the best I've ever encountered with responsiveness and assitance. Good luck finding something better

Perfect location

Only negative to this property is that the unit was dirty at check in. Hadn’t been cleaned yet. Had to contact the property mgmt and they came out later that evening. Perfect location, beautiful views.

Mostly great.

The property was as advertised and very nice, however a couple issues were a little annoying, like no toilet paper. When we called about it we were told that was part of our agreement. To be honest I don’t know if it was or wasn’t, but without reading through it all thoroughly I would expect any place I stay to have toilet paper. It has toilets and soap and shampoo, but no toilet paper, It was weird. Also the sink disposal wasn’t working, so we had to fish out the chunks with our hands. Other than those things the property was very nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are wanting to ski this is one of the best locations for it. We skied 2 days and found it to be convenient. The place overall was comfortable. We never could figure out how to control the temperature. We had the thermostat set to 65 (it was 20-35 outside) and it didn't get below 78 degrees inside until we finally just opened the windows. We saw other units doing the same thing so there must be a central heating system that keeps it really warm. Unfortunately it was just too warm and got uncomfortable. We also had issues with lights blowing out. Not sure if it was bad luck or an electrical issue. Also, the walls were paper thin so it was difficult to sleep unless everyone was sleeping. If you need more than 1 parking pass you'll want to ask for one several days ahead of your trip. We asked for an extra pass and got one 1/2 way through our trip. Thankfully we ended up not needing it.

Great location

The condo is beautiful- tastefully furnished and the location is great. There were several issues with the mgt company and I would not rent a place again if they managed it. We knew the condo was ready, yet they would not allow us in. It was below freezing, the airlines lost our luggage that had our parkas, hats, gloves etc and even so, “the policy is, no early check in or late check out” we were told. there was no compassion, no understanding etc. We waited almost 2 hours before we could check in. There isn’t a comfortable lounge area, which may have helped. Also, we wanted to change our dates, not get our $$ back, just change the dates because of a death from Covid, but they would not do that. So instead of the 6 people who were to come with us, it was just my husband and I. Again, no compassion, no understanding. If I were the owner, I would rethink my hiring that company. Otherwise the condo was good. A drawer that held the cooking utensil’s was stuck closed and even though we reported it, and needed the items in it to cook, it was not fixed. The windows were very dirty and therefore our view was hazy.

Disappointing Experience

Upon arrival, the directions to the condo were confusing. We couldn't gain access to the front door. We tried the code that Vacasa gave us numerous times-the code was very confusing. We contacted Vacasa both phone and text, no answer. It was 5:00pm. After about 30 minutes of trying to get in, no one at the front desk to help, finally figured the correct code. We were notified that the freezer was broken and would be receiving a credit, no such credit was given. There was water all over the kitchen floor and got to experience that each morning. The condo was freezing, had two different heaters to manage, downstairs and upstairs. The place was either hot or cold, by day three we eventually figured it out. The bedrooms have no exterior windows. Rooms are cramped and stuffy with no ventilation. The master closet was filled with the owners belongings, no room for shoes or to stow luggage. The bedroom upstairs contain two twin beds that are a foot off the ground and a foot short, made for children. My family is grown and did not fit in the beds.The ski lockers had their own combination that we could not figure out. We asked for assistance from the front desk and they couldn't figure it out either. Our skis and boots for 5 people were kept in the living room floor, not much room. Had to dry them off each day after skiing and lugging them up 3 floors. Location was great for skiing, no good restaurants. Vacasa recommends Legacy Sports for skis-terrible and far.

Such a beautiful condo and great location

You cannot beat the convenience of this location. Additionally, the view is spectacular. You can see the mountains and ice skating rink from the living room window. The house is very clean and has a full size kitchen which we loved. My kids enjoyed the upstairs area and the games they had to play. We are staying here again next year- already booked it!

Perfect location for skiing!

Our family really enjoyed this property. Two people were skiing for the first time so the proximity to the ski school and ability to easily come in for a break was priceless. We loved the view of the slopes and the ice skating rink down below. The two storage closets in the hallway were a major plus and heard from multiple others that they didn't have that luxury. The furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of seating for all seven of us. Our 12 passenger van didn't fit in the reserved parking garage but we were able to park directly outside in the public parking area. Overall, the condo was great and I would rent it again.

Amazing ski vacation

The condo is absolutely perfect for a family and friends ski vacation. The location can’t be better, you can practically ski to the slopes after a short walk from the elevators. The rooms and beds are comfortable and the bathrooms perfectly remodeled. The living room, dining area and kitchen are spacious and you can get your groceries delivered to the condo. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful property

Maintenance

This unit needs maintenance. For example the master bedroom has broken fan , broken toilet , and the shower does not work adjusting the temperature. The unit needs a good cleaning and the kitchen cups ect need cleaning.
