Blue Water Paradise Private Beach and Pool

Tropical beach paradise. 2 bedroom - 2 bath condo. Steps from the beautiful blue waters of the Florida Keys with private sandy beach. Relax on lounge chairs under palm trees or take a dip in the heated adjacent pool.
Our home has been recently remodeled and decorated in tasteful coastal decor. Blues , Tans and Whites will embrace you as you enter our condo, There are two balconies one off the master bedroom with an ocean view, the other located off the living room overlooking Sunset Park. Enjoy the tiki hut for your grilling needs, while you enjoy dinner, beach side at the picnic tables. Just bring your catch or a steak, as you enjoy the serenity as you gaze at the beautiful blue water watching the boats sail by.
All furnishings are brand new with fresh linens, beach towels, beach chairs and toys and flotation devices for you enjoyment at the pool or the beach.

Many Local restaurants are within a short bike or car ride away. Visit the Island Grille, located on the Overseas Highway - gulf side, with spectacular sunsets or Sparkys, another favorite, known for their wood fired pizza and fish tacos. Fish tales is a locals favorite for lunch or dinner as well as Franks Grill, an Italian restaurant, family owned for over 30 years.

In Key Colony- There is Havana Jacks, Key Colony Inn, Causeway Pizza or El Molcajete for lunch or dining options.

Charter a boat for fishing, go snorkeling, take a kayak tour or paddle board.... Visit the Dolphin Research Center, Turtle Hospital or Sombrero Beach.
There are pickleball and tennis courts located on 8th st in Key Colony .... Along with a par 3 golf course...... bring your clubs !!!!! At the end of the day enjoy a cocktail, relax, put your phone down and get your feet sandy...... Enjoy........

Paradise

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Check in was easy with the lock box. The unit was very clean and supplied with everything we needed for the beach and kitchen for cooking. The unit was a very short walk to the beautiful private beach, which we were also able to view the sunrise. The pool was nice and clean. Overall it met and exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay! Debbie was very responsive with any questions that we had before the trip. The condo and property were great. The condo itself had everything we needed. It was stocked with all the kitchen utensils along with enough bath towels for everyone. They even provided some beach towels! It was clean and we loved the decor. The property ground was well kept. We would recommend to anyone planning to stay on Marathon!

Sea Isle Condos #29 was a very comfortable unit for my wife and adult daughter. The condo was clean. Everything was just as pictured. Their were ample supplies for our stay. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner was quiet and cooled the unit nicely. The entire complex comprises of 3 buildings, with only 3 floors in each building, so it was not overly crowded. It was very quiet during our stay. There were 2 bikes available for our use along with beach towels, beach chairs and an added plus was snorkeling gear. We used those 3 separate times going to Sombrero Beach and Bahia State Park. Our only suggestion would be a higher table on one of the balconies so that you could eat a meal outside. Other than that everything was fabulous. Thank you for sharing your condo with us for a week.

Beautiful Oasis in the Keys

Well appointed and beautifully decorated 2 BR and 2 bathroom condo on 2nd floor of the building (stairs) with everything you need to be comfortable. We cooked breakfast and lunch at the condo and enjoyed dinner in various local restaurants. Wifi worked great. Note that washer/dryer (2/load) is on floor of the unit. Access to beach (on property) with chairs and ocean swimming - beautiful. Parking included- we ventured to other areas of the Keys (Key West, Bahia Honda State Park, Sombrero Beach). Publix in Marathon had everything we needed for the week. Communication was easy and professional. We recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Beach Paradise

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautifully decorated with beach decor and exceptionally clean. Loved the pool and it's convenience to the condo, as well as to the beach. Overall, it was a great stay and we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great beach getaway.

lovely beach inspired condo fully equipped to accomodate a family of 4 or 5 or 2 couples.

great location - steps to a white sand beach where you can swim and snorkel. Lovely pool and beautifully maintained grounds in a nice part of marathon close to restaurants and activities. Takes an hour and half to key west and less to key largo. CLose to so many amenities. Condo is very clean and well maintained.

Move-in ready!

A week’s stay was too short to take advantage of this condo and the facilities. We had every amenity we needed. We appreciated the supply of extra towels, beach amenities and literature about the area. Very clean and cozy. The master mattress is very firm… our only pseudo comment. We highly recommend staying here!

Key Colony (key west) Vacation

The property was very clean and looks just like the pictures. Debbie The owner responds very quickly to your messages, which is SO Great. I could not find the code late at night to get in and she responded very quickly without making us wait to get in the check in.. All the furniture and appliances were so new and in good shape. The beds were a little hard for me but my husband loved them, good on his back. Lol- Only thing would made it better was not having to pay for your washing and drying but that would not stop me from going back because the washer and the dryer is right out your door. Loved the pool was so close to room and having bikes for your convenience to ride around the block on a nice cool day. Loved the grilling area and the area not being so crowded it was very private. Loved that you could go to the pool without lots of people there. Also, loved that the owners would allow the renters to use chairs, accessories for the beach or pool. That was super nice. Very clean condo. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay for a week.

Debbie and Joe Kenel We have been vacationing with our family in Key Colony for over 20 years. Newly retired we decided to buy a piece of paradise. Our new vacation home is perfect for getaways from the cold winters of New York. We especially enjoy November and December as the town gets ready for The Holidays. The spring and summer is a great time for fishing and water activities.

Key Colony Beach is a community offering activities such as golf, pickleball and tennis. There are also walking and bike paths, children’s parks, a basketball court and Sunset Park. There are restaurants offering lunch, happy hour, dinner and live music.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our condo has a private sandy beach, a well manicured lawn area with lounge chairs, small tables and umbrellas. There is also a shaded area with a tiki hut, tables and bbq. In the early morning you can catch a sunrise as you watch the boats heading out for a day on the beautiful blue ocean. Another amenity is the private pool. There are lounge chairs and three shaded areas with tables.
