The price and location were perfect. It is not five star, but has everything you need and was a good value. We would go back, if the opportunity arises again.
Condo was super cute, we were within close distance to fishing, restaurants and shops. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions! Overall a great week!
Great place, condo had everything we needed. Loved the balcony. Boat dock worked out prefect, the ocean not so much had a few windy days. We hope to come back again.
This was our third stay at this complex and we have stayed at three different units, all three times it has been a great experience. This was a great unit, clean, updated appliances, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, great boat access on canal and a slip is a great bonus.
Great place for family from far away to reconnect. 3 of us were here from GA (including an 12 yo who happily slept on the couch) and 2 from Maine. The space was perfect. Great full kitchen, plenty of living room space, and a patio facing green space. The pool was small but nice. The canal was great and even had a couple manatees in it while we were there!
My husband and I spent a month at this condo. The unit was clean and well stocked. Located within a mile of Coco Plum beach is a big plus. Lots safe walking areas. Captains Three Seafood market is about a mile away, too, easy to walk to. Outside area on the dock has chairs, and tables and chairs at the pool, too. We would definitely stay again.
Everything was very nice, however, the pkace smelled like dawg. I only used the pkace to shower and sleep and 3 of the days i was away at work which was good because the dawg smell gave me a headache. Otherwise a very nice place
Easy to rent. Relatively clean, although I did have to clean the floors. We were only given 1 washcloth, so we purchased 2, and left them for the next renters. A bargain, so it was worth what I paid.
This is a clean, quiet, and comfortable condo that really felt like a home away from home. The only thing that didn't get a five star from us is the accuracy of the listing. We are tennis players and were excited to have access to an on site tennis court. When we got there however, the tennis courts had been converted into extra boat storage so we could not use them.
The unit was great. It was clean inside. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with essentials. The dockage accommodated our boat well. The agent was quick to respond. Now for the ugly.... the common area hallway was under construction! We arrived and there was caution tape up and the concrete was tore up. It was a mess! We were told we couldnât come or go btw. 9am and 5 pm basically all week while they poured concrete, textured, and painted. Also you have to check high tide charts or you wonât be able to launch your boat! We used a public ramp down the road to get our Boat out because it was a whole lot easier. Also only sleeps 6. One queen bed one full bed and a comfortable couch that does not pull out. The locals are really nice and the unit itself was too.
Pros: The apartment is clean with all new furnishings. The property manager is fantastic; responsive to everything we brought to her attention.
Cons: The building is very old and the entry is unappealing. The bathtub is old and worn to the point where it does not look clean (even though it was) which makes it unpleasant to use. The balcony is tiny and overlooks a trashy lot. The pool is the farthest away on the property from this apartment and is not well maintained. 2 of our 7 days the pool was clean. The pool handrail and both umbrellas (the only source of shade) were broken. The pool chairs are mildewy. The pool heat & circulation stopped working toward the end of our stay and the other guests said it was common. The power was out in our apartment for several hours one of the days so that they could do some maintenance.
This place had everything we needed to have a great vacation. Nice location as it is a quiet neighborhood. Pool was very clean as was the complex. My children were the very last ones to play on the tennis courts as it has now been converted to boat storage. The kids loved being able to fish right off the dock and we left a fishing pool for future guests to utilize. The unit had 2 beach chairs, a cooler, tennis rackets, tennis balls, and a blow up mattress which we didnât use. The neighborhood is nice and we were able to exercise and run daily around the neighboring roads. We rented a boat from CoCos just down the street and that was a huge plus! Kids caught a wide variety of fish! We hung out at a sand bar and explored both the bay and ocean side. Manatees were frequently seen around the dock and were so friendly! Other guests were friendly and we very much enjoyed our time there! Bathroom was a little dated and the floor could have been mopped better as we prefer to leave our shoes off at the door, but linens were clean and fresh and it had what we needed to make it a great stay at the keys! The realtor was very prompt and responsive. My only suggestion would be to hire a different cleaning service. For the cleaning fee, they should be cleaning a little better.
The property was in a convenient location with canal access. The pool was nice. The neighbors are all quiet. Some building going on in the neighborhood caused some early morning noise. The condo was very clean and had what we needed.
This is a perfect place for 2-4 people. Quiet neighborhood close to everything in Marathon. We were pleased with the cleanliness. The kitchen had just the basics but is adequate. The full bath is tired and needs a refresh.
This was our first time staying here and we were not disappointed! Everything was up to the standards we expected, clean, well stocked and the location was perfect. The other owners and renters were all so nice and welcoming!
My mom and I loved our stay. The fully equipped kitchen was excellent, pool was refreshing and clean, the place was spotless and it was close to a few really great restaurants. Having access to a coin washer and dryer was really great too. Canât wait to come back! :) cheers!
