This home is located in beautiful Buda. It's great for entertaining family and friends. There are 4 bedrooms all with beds. Two couches that could be used as beds. The kitchen has been updated with new appliances. It's great for cooking big meals. The backyard has a pool house with pool table and board games. There is also a fireplace and firepit outside near the beautiful pool with a cascading waterfall. It come with a grill for those backyard BBQs. The yard is very private. Lots of space inside as well with another fireplace in the dinning room. The house is near the highway so you can get to downtown Austin within 15 minutes. Driftwood and Wimberley are not far away as well if you're interested in wine tours. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out. I'd love to give any recommendations. ****FOR ANY PARTIES, WEDDINGS OR EVENTS, THERE WILL BE A 250$ FEE.

Great family spit

We enjoyed staying here during our son’s wedding weekend. Great property with plenty of room to spread out. Absolutely beautiful and peaceful backyard!

We enjoyed the location and the outdoor space.

Just far enough outside of town for peace bit close enough to get around where you want to go. The outdoor patio and pool were complimented by all our guests. I would stay here again.

Summer 2024 stay

The stay was pretty good, and communication with owner was great. The pool was amazing. A/C was great too , with these hot summer days. It’s located in a perfect spot, H-E-B is only 10mins away. Quiet time is after 10pm which is understandable.

The perfect spot for a weekend with friends

The property was even better than expected! The backyard is huge, and the inside was neat and tidy. Mary was very responsive and flexible with our requests. Would absolutely stay here again

I loved everything about this property!

I absolutely loved everything about my stay here. I stayed a full weekend and loved every moment. The pool was amazing! Nice & cool. We grilled, played pool & relaxed. Communication with the owner was great. Only thing I couldn’t get to work were the tv’s. But honestly there was barely any time to spend watching them so it worked out. My family enjoyed their stay here as well. I will definitely be booking again in the future for more family/pool time.

Great for Family Gathering

The place was great! We had an early Christmas family get together. There was plenty of kitchen space for our tamale making adventure, lol, kids making tamales takes lots of space. The backyard has a nice setup to hangout and relax. The game room with the pool table is a nice bonus. A++ place to stay for a family gathering!

Eclipse viewing base location

We stayed for a few days. Nice to have adequate space for everyone to sleep. We had 9 and everyone had a bed. Minor cleanliness issues that we easily overlooked for our needs for a nice place to stay while visiting Austin and the surrounding area. Owner was very responsive and covered any questions we had.

This property exceeded all expectations. The picture look great, but actually do not do it justice. We had a large family gathering and this was the perfect place. Very large kitchen, and far more space for entertaining than we even needed. And we had 30 plus. Will definitely be using this spot again

Good for Short Weekend

The property owner was very responsive to requests at booking and upon immediate arrival. The house was good for a short weekend stay, but I think a longer week would have been tough. The kitchen was lovely to gather in but tough to cook in due to haphazard location of items and missing items. The number of beds / sleeping arrangements were a bit misleading in the listing, but we made it work for our group. House was great overall.

Great Birthday Celebration

We really enjoyed spending the weekend celebrating with friends and family. The pool was great, the house was spacious and in a lovely neighborhood. My only complaint is that once we were checked in all communication ceased to exist. Questions regarding the karaoke speaker (which we found out was broken and needed to be replaced), wi-fi issues, and the location of lights and folding tables went unanswered. We were able to figure out the wi-fi and the light switches, but most of our questions could have easily been answered if they were included in the check in instructions.

Nice community and stay

Home was wonderful and well equipped for family fun. Small, minor oversights like some old gun left on bed railings and moldy toilet paper, but nothing that was a huge deal or quick fix. Bedroom remote was never located and tv was not connected to network so we couldn’t watch tv in that room at all. Pool was awesome and outdoor activities and pool house were very fun and accommodating. Overall, we loved it still.

Awful !

I arrived to this property in the middle of the night after a long night of driving with family. The property was not lit and a car was in the driveway. When I went to code in the door to unlock somebody opened the door. After, back and fourth conversation through the door the house was occupied by the renters friend. The owner reached out at 1am to invite me to stay with her daughter. Long story short I ended up having to stay at a hotel with 12 family members and searching for a place with kids in the middle of the night for the weekend plans we had. Nightmare!

This house has potential.

House has issues that can be easily corrected. Missing handle on refrigerator. Kitchen was very disorganized. Missing some of the basics, like a more than one spatula, no baking pans and potato peeler. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. No TV remote for master bedroom. No place to hang up towels in either bathroom. Dresser in master bedroom had one drawer full of men's underwear, several cans of beer and face masks. We had problems with the door code but managed getting at least one to work some of the time. The door to the back gate wouldn't close. The pool was full of leaves. The beds were good and firm and even still had the plastic shipping bag on them. So that was kind of nice just a little noisy.

Beautiful home

We had gone for a bachelorette party with 9 total. Plenty of space, amazing back yard, quiet neighborhood and close to downtown. Was the perfect house for the weekend!

Great stay

This house and property were great for our long weekend in Austin! Our son got married and all of our guests had to travel to Austin. We were very happy to have a great house and backyard space that our friends and relatives could come by and spend time with the bride and groom before the wedding. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. Plenty of towels(pool, kitchen and bath) The backyard is very inviting and comfortable. The host was very easy to communicate with and responsive.
