Nouvelle maison de 4 chambres

Une nouvelle propriété que je viens d'acheter et je vais commencer à recevoir le 7 mai 2017 pour la première fois. Il est situé entre Austin International Airport et Austin Downtown. Je reçois particulièrement la location à long terme et j'abserai jusqu'à 40% de réduction. L'allée est particulièrement longue, donc beaucoup d'espace pour le stationnement. Garage de 2 voitures et l'allée confortable permet à 4 voitures ou camions de se garer. À quelques minutes du centre-ville, il y aura plein de manèges pour vous emmener où vous voulez aller. Uber et Lyft reviennent à Austin à partir de juin 2017. Il y a un moonwalk de 13 pi x 11 pi x 8 pi que vous utilisez. C'est facile à installer.

4. 2 miles du centre-ville d'Austin. 6th Street, Capitole de l'État du Texas, musée d'histoire de Bob Bullock, stade Longhorn de l'Université du Texas, parc Zilker pour le festival ACL, piscine Barton Springs et bien plus encore!

Both the pool and grill, which were advertised amenities and major factors in our booking decision, were nonfunctional during our stay. We were not informed about the pool issue until the day of check-in on Memorial Day weekend, making it unrealistic to find a comparable replacement property on such short notice. When I requested a partial refund, the owner offered a very minimal reimbursement.While the interior of the home was mostly clean, there were several additional issues that negatively affected the experience. There was visible damage to parts of the couch and ceiling. The garage was completely occupied by the owner’s belongings and vehicle, and another personal vehicle was left in the driveway, reducing available parking and impacting the sense of privacy expected with a full-property rental.The front door lock also did not function properly, leaving the home effectively unlocked for the duration of the trip. Outside, tools and maintenance items were left around the property, including a used pool filter on the patio, and much of the outdoor furniture was stacked in a corner of the yard rather than set up for guest use. The yard was not mowed and there were tree limbs trimmings lying in the yard.Overall, the property did not match the condition or amenities that were advertised at the time of booking, particularly for a holiday weekend bachelor trip where the pool and outdoor space were key reasons we selected the home.

The property itself was very nice.Beautiful layout. The horse was very accommodating and responsive with all of our communications. The only 2 true downsides that I saw were the house itself was not properly cleaned before our arrival. So there was dust and dirt everywhere and there were ants in the bottom restroom and main bedroom. The pool was nice but the outdoor lights did not reach the area. Otherwise, honestly, it was a very beautiful home And I was very grateful for the communication and understanding with the host.

Wedding Guest Weekend

Our family came down to Austin for my brother’s wedding. Found this rental and I’m so glad we did. The space met our needs perfectly and was a close, easy commute to everywhere we needed. We had plenty of room for everyone to sleep as well as gather together in between times. The backyard activities and pool were the perfect touch for keeping my kids entertained and busy before and after wedding events. Host was quick to respond when I had questions and was very accommodating when asked if we could check in a little early and out a little late. If we back in the area again, and need a rental for our group, I won’t hesitate to check this one’s availability! Would recommend.

Nice house!

Overall the house was nice. Everything needed was provided. I was disappointed that the jacuzzi did not heat up and the host never answered my questions about how to turn it on. Also, the lights in the pool did not work so we were not able to swim after dark. I sent several emails asking how to turn on the jacuzzi and the lights in the pool, I never got a response.

Was a great house but not accurate when it came to the jacuzzi and pool. It is not heated and when I asked the host he took over 24 hours to respond. When he finally did respond he stated that the listing was discounted because of the jacuzzi not working all the time. This was the reason I booked this house so I was disappointed. But the house did feel comfortable and it was clean. The pool table is older and none of the pool sticks worked as they were all broken. Definitely will not be staying here again based off of the lack of honesty for working features. Also the listing had pictures of bunk beds which would have been great and yet there were no bunk beds. Please update your listing to be honest and fair.

Bachelorette Party House!

The host was very easy to communicate with and he kindly let me check-in early as I had an early flight. The property is actually much nicer than the photos portray as the furnishings have been updated. However, caution that the bunk beds shown in the photos have been removed and it is now 2 double beds and a trundle. This place was the perfect home for a bachelorette party and I can tell several other girls in the past have felt the same based on the many treasures that the house holds (cowgirl hats, straws, floaties, straw hats etc.). We had some issues with the spa/hot tub, but other than that we would definitely stay again. P.S. There is a friendly neighbor kitty that may just make his way into the house :)

Great house for a group - very convenient location

Alan's property was great for a bachelorette group. The house was newly renovated, there was plenty of space for everyone, and the pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. The location was perfect - most of the fun parts of Austin were a 10-20 minute uber ride away, and the airport was super close which made travel easier. The beds were SO comfortable, which was awesome! There is a shopping center close by for groceries and other supplies which was great. I would recommend this to any friends looking for a place to stay in Austin with a group!

Overall Good

We were super excited about this house. There were a lot of great things like the pool, the space, airport being close, etc. The one thing that really bummed us out was the fact that there was not a room with the two bunk beds as pictured so instead of four beds there were two - one which was a trundle that pulled out. This caused some issues with our group as not everyone had a bed to sleep in and it caused some drama just fighting over who gets to sleep in a bed. In a case like this - I would suggest air mattresses or different room configurations. Otherwise - it was a great stay. It was nice that there were small things like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, etc.

Comfy, Entertaining and Relaxing Stay

The house was perfect for our family and would be perfect for any type of group. The beds were very comfortable, the pool table, swimming pool and number of TVs was perfect to keep everyone busy while at the home. Kitchen was amazing for staying in for all meals with a bbq for those nights you want to grill out. Home owner was very responsive and kind even over the holidays while we stayed. Overall great stay.

Spacious comfortable house

Stayed with a group of 6 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us to cook, grill, eat and hang out. We especially enjoyed that the pool and hot tub were both heated. Added bonus of a pool table and Tesla wall connector. Would highly recommend a stay here.
