Notre maison en pierre calcaire avec 4 chambres et 2. 5 salles de bains, 2 chambres et une salle de bain complète à l'étage, et une chambre d'invité, demi-bain et chambre principale et salle de bain principale avec grand jacuzzi. La maison est sur plus de 5 hectares et est située à vingt minutes du centre-ville d’Austin et aux portes du Hill Country avec ses nombreux vignobles, distilleries, brasseries et lieux de mariage à quelques kilomètres de distance. Nous sommes à 5 km du célèbre barbecue Salt Lick et à moins de 2 km de la chapelle Dulcinée, où se tiennent plus de 500 mariages par an. Nous sommes une partie du Friday Mountain Ranch qui a été un camp de garçons pendant de nombreuses années et plus d'histoire du Texas. La propriété dispose d'un terrain de volley-ball sur sable et d'un ruisseau saisonnier, d'un joli pâturage et de nombreux grands chênes. Nous avons une table à manger extérieure éclairée sous les grands chênes pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 18 personnes et un barbecue au propane et au charbon de bois pour votre usage. C'est le cadre idéal pour les réunions de famille, les week-ends entre filles et les enterrements de vie de jeune fille.

Amazing house with all the trimmings you need. If you are looking for a place to relax on 7 acres with natural wildlife and beauty then this is the place. Great place for a wedding. We will probably come back to celebrate anniversary

Beautiful grounds and great location

The grounds are beautiful and several activities are provided. We were in town for a wedding at Chapel Dulcinea and it couldn't have been a better location. Shopping and dining are also nearby.

Relaxing family getaway

Wonderful large house fully stocked with everything we needed. Kitchen is more than fully equipped and the outdoor area is a great place to enjoy time with family. We played cornhole and horseshoes and enjoyed fresh eggs from the chickens. Clint was very helpful answering our questions. We had a great time!

Such a fun place!

We rented this property for my father’s 60th birthday. He enjoyed the time with the family and we were able to play volleyball and spent so much time at the fire pit! The owners are great at communicating and they were really flexible with us.

Home away from Home!

Clint and Sylvia are wonderful to work with when staying at this property. This is a return visit for us once again bringing together family from across the country to a special event in the Austin area. Everyone enjoyed the ability to relax and reconnect either inside or outside (weather permitting). Next time we are all in Austin, we hope this property will be available. If you want the perfect place to gather together we highly recommend this property!!!!

Pleasant wedding celebration weekend

The property owner was helpful and very accommodating. The house had everything we needed and then some for me and my family from my elderly father to my very young granddaughters. We thoroughly enjoyed the outside amenities, such as the firepit, with our visiting family and friends. If we should need another property of this size in the area, we would definitely reserve this property again.

Great place to stay!

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and needed a place to stay that could accommodate our family (teenagers to grandparents) and multiple vehicles. This place was perfect for us and everyone had a place to spread out inside and all the outside space was a bonus. Many mornings spent on the deck watching the birds and enjoying the peaceful landscape of the property. Clint was an amazing host and was available if we needed anything. Great experience overall and I would highly recommend staying here.

Texas hill country fun

This is a Very spacious and welcoming home with outdoor seating and games. The 6 of us dreamed of coming back with our kids some day. Very close to Dripping Springs and Austin Country Club. Clint was an excellent host making us feel right at home. Great communication. He has great restaurant recommendations - Salt Lick BBQ WOW So good!

Wedding Week in Texas

The house was just the right size for my family to stay in. This included grown children and grandchildren. There was plenty of room for outdoor activities. We had extended family that flew in for the wedding. It was a great place for them to get away from the hotel. We got a good game of sand volleyball going on the lighted volleyball court. I would stay there again.

Hill Country Gem

The house and property pictures really do not do justice to this location. It is even more beautiful and a perfect place to host an event or simply relax in the beautiful hill country. The house and the amenities provided made for a special weekend to celebrate the wedding of my brother. The space to have an outdoor rehearsal dinner highlighted the beauty of the property. My family really appreciated the care given to the home to ensure it was clean, sanitary, and welcoming for our trip. Clinton (the Owner) was a gracious host and fully attentive to anything we needed. I really appreciated him taking the time to come out, meet us, and show us where we could access the items we would need to host the dinner. There is no doubt we will be back to enjoy this property again.

Did Not Disappoint

Clint and Stella's property is full of charm. The property is beautiful and very spacious. We hosted a rehearsal dinner and the "venue" provided us with everything they promised...tables, chairs, table decor, lights on the trees and plenty of parking. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable. Clint was very accommodating and helpful. He responded in a timely manner with all questions once we arrived. You won't be disappointed if you are looking for a spacious VRBO that accommodates all ages, is close to restaurants and shopping, provides you with beautiful surroundings and a place to unwind. Be sure and use the fire pit at night...nothing better than a chance to connect with family and friends watching the fire and star gazing. Thanks Clint & Stella...your property is something special.

Perfect for family

We loved this place. Great property and home for our family stay. Owner was excellent to communicate with. Home is kept clean and well stocked. Horseshoes were a great hit for entertainment. This would also be an excellent place for a family reunion which we are discussing for a future stay.

The Perfect Property for a Large Group - and a beautiful one at that!

My friends and I stayed at Clint’s beautiful property while taking a weekend to explore Austin, TX. The check in process and communication with the property owner was easy and smooth. The property itself was perfect for my group, allowing us a comfortable place to stay as well as a fun place to play, utilizing the volleyball courts and huge open field just right behind the house. The house itself was clean and we had no issues with showering, washing clothes, or cleaning dishes. All around, this property was a perfect fit for my group of ten friends and we will absolutely consider coming back to this property should our travels bring us back to the Austin area.

Perfect groomsmen's house for wedding weekend

We rented this lovely, spacious property to house my son and his groomsmen in Nov 2020. It had EVERYTHING they needed and more - volleyball, lighted outdoor dining space, yard games, full kitchen - and plenty of beds and bathrooms! They had a great time, and it was very convenient to the wedding venue in Dripping Springs. Clint was a super host! He even gave me a pre-check in tour so I could make sure everything was ready before the men arrived. And when one groomsman left his rented tux behind, Clint went out of his way to help get it back to him! Lovely location, spacious, peaceful, yet with enough elbow room that a party of exuberant young men didn't bother the neighbors. I highly recommend this charming home for a family get away, reunion or special event.

Clint and Stella Giles. We bought this land, cleared it and built our house in 1996 and have made improvements through out the years. We raised our two daughters here who have grown up and moved out but remain in the area. About ten years ago we built a cabin on the adjacent property and we will usually be there and available to our guests if needed. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We found our niche of the Texas Hill Country with majestic oaks, a seasonal creek and views of the local hills, specifically Friday Mountain which has a Texas history. When we bought this property we had no idea of the growth of attractions and events that would be coming to this area but it really is one of the best locations to take advantage of not only Austin, but all of the hill country attractions, wineries, distilleries and wedding venues.

You are bordered by a 200+ acre Hindu property that are great neighbors that we seldom hear, a thirty acre ranch behind us and another 7+ acre residence next to us so lots of privacy you don't get in a neighborhood. chapeldulcinea.org is on the hill behind our house and you will hear the bells ring each time there is a wedding, which is over 500 times a year. Chapel Dulcinea is located at the The Wizard Academy which is unique to the area ( wizardacademy.org ) which also houses the CrowdedBarrelWhiskey.com tasting room. We are three minutes from the famous Salt Lick BBQ and the new Driftwood Country Club designed by Tom Fazio which has multiple celebrity land owners. We have a new HEB grocery store five minutes away and multiple restaurants in Belterra Village, also five minutes away. After rush hour traffic dies down you can get to downtown Austin in about 20 minutes for a night of entertainment. Or you can head south for a river float in San Marco or New Braunfels within an hour with San Antonio just over an hour away. Fredericksburg is an hour away and Lake Travis is only 35 minutes away. If you want a hill country dip to cool off Hamilton Pool, Blue Hole, Jacob's Well, Barton Springs and the spring fed San Marcos River are all within 45 minutes.
