Clean home with lots of fun amenities and a nice layout. Pool is very well shaded so it stays cool throughout the day even when approaching 100 out. Well stocked with everything you might need. Communication and support from host was spot on,

Great house for our girls trip. We stayed on premises the entire time. Having a pool and hot tube on site was great. Both were very clean and well maintained. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. We love cooking together and had plenty of room to move around in the kitchen without bumping into each other constantly. The kitchen was only missing a few items (larger skillet, functioning corkscrew, kitchen linens) but we made due. There are numerous leaks around windows and all exterior doors let the rain in. We alerted management so those can be repaired asap. The leaks did not dampen our trip though.

Thank you for the great review! We're so glad the pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained and that the house gave your group of five plenty of room to spread out — especially in the kitchen, since cooking together sounds like it was a big part of the trip. We appreciate you flagging the missing kitchen items and, importantly, the leaks around the windows and exterior doors; all of that has been passed along to our team so it can be repaired. Thank you for taking the time to let us know. We'd love to welcome you and your friends back anytime!

Hit the nail on the head! We came to this modern home to relax and we left rejuvenated! Secluded, A/C and fans kept us very cool, and the out door patio with a pool kept us entertained and carefree for 4 days! We even visited a smal non crowded river section we could relax at near by! We will book again!

Ready-made family Home

As a host myself, I have to say I’m very impressed by the cleanliness and warmth of this home. It accommodated all 10 of us very comfortably and I only wish we had had a longer stay. Would differently recommend and look forward to renting again.

This place could use a little love, just needs a few cosmetic fixes but who would notice with the beautiful scenery. It is a gorgeous property with a nice pool, hot tub and fire pit.Nice and big, lots of rooms for everyone to sleep and the property is big and felt very secluded, we had such an amazing time here! They really thought of everything from extra blow up mattresses, crib sheets, baby or dog gate, fully stocked kitchen we literally wanted for nothing. We spent most of our time around the fire pit, lots of sticks and logs on property to burn and made s’mores! Will I come back here? No, so may cute towns to explore. Would I stay at another Avant property? 1000% yes, I am already searching for the next one. We had an amazing time

MOLD. MOLD. MOLD. Arrived at property to find NO running water. Management sent water truck over but first 3.5 hours. None. Found old molded coffee grinds in the coffee pot. Internet wasn’t set up or working properly. Then it started to rain and we had rain coming under doors, through windows, and running down walls. Running down walls!! Into beds!! There is MOLD all along ceiling, baseboards, windows. Black mold. Paint is warped and coming off. This has been an issue for months for it to get this bad. We left within 15hrs of arriving on property. Just DONT.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We're sorry your arrival and the conditions you encountered fell so far short of what any guest should expect, and that your stay ended the way it did. The concerns you raised were escalated to the team responsible for the home for a full inspection, and the issues you described have since been addressed. We're glad our team was able to connect with you directly during your stay to offer options and make this right. This is not the standard we hold our homes to, and we took what you described with the utmost seriousness.

GFs weekend getaway & Bday!

Property looks better in pictures outside and inside; actually dated in person. Half of the ladies were bitten by mosquitoes and got swollen big time from the pool and kitchen. Only 1 skillet in kitchen. Towel bars are either broken or not there; we sent photos of other defects to owners. Communication with them though is great Notwithstanding, we enjoyed ourselves but wished we paid less for value received. Sorry

We enjoyed our stay. The house wasn't completely clean but it was really just a little dusty and some crumbs on the floor under the dining table. There were no kitchen towels. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms and for the pool. As well as paper towels and cleaning supplies in the kitchen. We wanted to sweep up but didn't see a broom. It was not clear to us if the trash bins on the street were for the house or the neighbors. Everything was very comfortable. The shade over the pool made it very refreshing to relax in.
