A lil bit of Austin Country... only 12 minutes from COTA / 20 mins to downtown Austin or 8 mins to Downtown Buda.

The house is nestled on just under five acres of land. Beautiful shade trees. Covered front porch - perfect the morning coffee. A giant back porch with sail shades and ample relaxation seating and watching friends/kiddos play on the swings or play volleyball. If the wind is exactly right - Plenty of room to fly a kite on the back acres.

Be ready to enjoy the stars - enjoy the breeze - sit by the fire pit.

**January 1, 2026, A new 7-person hot tub will be installed**

Spacious interior, with plenty of places to sit, talk, and enjoy your company.
An 8-foot Pool table is set up ready to be played.

This is by far the best VRBO we have stayed at in many years. The house has a fantastic layout with gathering spaces and private bedrooms. It is a cozy home that offers many diversions while you stay. We loved that there were labels on cabinets and drawers in the kitchen. We didn't have to hunt for anything! Everyone slept well and the beds were super comfy. The throw blankets in each room were a very nice touch. We enjoyed ourselves so much. It is a wonderful home and we will definitely be back!

Originally there was going to be 9 of us for our sons wedding in Austin. 2 more family members ended up staying with us as well. The house easily and comfortably accommodated all 11 adults. The host had great communication, the house was clean and so inviting. I loved that it was a little outside of Austin in a quiet country setting. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful VRBO!!

Great family house for a wedding

Our daughter got married in Austin and this house was just perfect for what we needed! Our family had plenty of room, the living room was cozy, the bedrooms were pretty, and the front room was a great spot for the bridesmaids to get ready before heading to the wedding venue. The kitchen and house was so well stocked and Natalina was gracious and kind and so quick to respond to any needs. We can’t say enough great things about our stay! Thank you for everything!

Friends trip

We absolutely loved staying in this house. Our good friends moved to Texas about 2 years ago and we finally coordinated our friends group to come down and visit. We had 7 adults and 3 kids with us and there was plenty of room. There were toys, games, balls, books, plenty of outdoor space and more to entertain the kids while also plenty of fun games and space for all of us to be together! We've rented homes that didn't have enough hang out space, but this home was perfect, with plenty of space. House was clean and the owner was kind enough to have the house sprayed by pest control because us midwesterners were worried about scorpion season with children in and out. We didn't see any bugs at all!! We would definitely recommend this property for your next trip!

Perfect for our stay

We needed a property close to COTA for racing. The house was super clean. Probably the best stocked VRBO I have ever stayed at. I think Natalie has thought of everything. Lots a lovely little touches around the house. Charging stations, touch lamps, condiments, teas and coffee. I couldn’t possibly name everything. Thanks so much for hosting us.

Team Stay

Let me first just rave about the host. Natalina was incredibly responsive, had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay and made us feel so welcome. The house was big, great for the six of us that were in town for an Australian Football tournament at Onion Creek. This is the perfect location if you need to go back and forth from there. We didn’t use the pool table but there were a couple games of NFL Blitz that made me feel like a kid again. And hanging out in the kitchen playing music and rewatching some old games on the smart refrigerator was an experience I never knew I needed. Truly a wonderful stay and the perfect place to come back to after our games to unwind and get ready for the next one. I’ve got my eye on some events at COTA and I know where I’ll be checking for accommodations first.

My first Vrbo experience

We were amazed at the layout of the home and the space available to fit everyone in my family very comfortably. My daughter,her two boys, and her husband took the large bedroom with the two queen beds and it was perfect for them. My husband and I took the King bedroom and it was perfect for us. My son and my daughter took the other bedrooms. We were able to prepare a chicken salad, a cheese dip, and a fruit salad for my brother's party with plenty of space! Everyone thought the home was wonderful!

Best VRBO ever!

Natalina was an amazing host and the home was perfectly appointed. Anything you can think of, she probably has it for you. Very comfortable beds, the linens were incredibly soft, plenty of towels and toilet paper, dishes and flatware were abundant. This home was a joy to stay in for our daughter’s wedding!

Graduation Gathering

We had a graduation ceremony at Concordia University. A change of venue for the ceremony made this location a bit out of the way, but it was perfect for our family to relax and enjoy each other and to serve a celebration meal with a couple of other close friends. Everyone enjoyed the accommodations—the well appointed rooms, the backyard, the pool table, etc. We used the grill and the fire pit.It goes down in our family history as a special memory.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?


Well, Thanks to my time in the Navy, I have shared my love to travel with my family. So, we have taken that knowledge to our home away from home.
We try to include all that we can think of that might make a trip just that much easier, something as simple as Shampoo/Conditioner/Bodywash, which is always available. Even for kids. I provided it so you don't have to pack it or worry that it will spill during travel.

Our goal is to provide a clean, relaxed, comfortable environment for all guests in either home that we rent.

We aim to please and are always available.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We absolutely love this home - and hope that you will too. It's clean, warm, and inviting. There are plenty of beds to sleep up to Fifteen people.

The backyard is expansive and serene with no fences and just the beauty of the land and trees. It has become an extended part of the home - that we love to enjoy the sunrise or have you're morning coffee on the front porch.

There are just so many places to hang out and just enjoy being together in this Home away from Home.
