Recline in the spacious living room cooled by central air-conditioning. You'll be just two blocks from the beach at this home, so it'll be easy to toss beach towels in the washer/dryer after a day of excitement. Prepare meals in the semi-open full kitchen, with an extra-long breakfast bar perfect for casual meals. Cooking equipment is provided to help you put together meals. A desk workspace provides a separate spot for you to finish remote assignments before relaxing. Plus, high-speed WiFi adds convenience during your stay. Feel free to take in the view from the furnished balcony as you wind down - the view is not to be missed. Extra perks include beach towels, a surfboard, a boogie board, and four beach chairs.

Wonderful

We loved it here! This is the second time we've booked this exact condo-for a reason! It is a beautiful place to stay. Plenty of space and the beds are so comfortable! We've never had an issue here. We love it every time! Thank you!!!

Very nice

Well stocked with towels, dishes and sheets. Nice to have a few left over pool & sand toys the kids could enjoy using. Walking distance to many fun things. Nice nightlife if you want it, but no to noise.

Great Location, wonderful views.

Family had a great time at this location. Easy walk to the beach, dining and shopping. Loved being able to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise each morning with a cup of coffee.

Horrible Management Company - Construction & Unresponsive

The property had severely disrupting construction that was not disclosed even though it was clearly planned. The construction was daily starting early in the morning and going late into the evening. It also limited access to public space and parking. When trying to contact the management company we were unable to reach them via VRBO. When we finally got a phone number to contact it was a generic response that the local team would come to address the issue but 4 days later I still have not heard anything. I would recommend booking elsewhere in Clearwater. I've had much better experiences at other properties in the area managed by local real estate agents.

Spacious, clean, great location!

Enjoyed the location, as it was close walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Very spacious, clean and well stocked. Loved the morning/evening scenery from front porch. Plenty of beach accessories (chairs, towels, games)! Perfect for our family!! Would definitely stay again.

Great location !

Loved the size and the cleanliness but don’t stay here if you are a light sleeper as you could hear every noise and on a weekend / every roar of a car ! The owners need to put new windows in or black out curtains to try to soften this as we were awake very early due to the sun light streaming through the blinds - apart from this it was certainly a ‘dockside dream’ indeed :)

Very clean property

The property was very clean. The beds were comfortable but the couch was VERY uncomfortable. The unit is quite a walk to the pier/downtown beach area. We would not stay again.

Not great

Place was clean and area was great. Unfortunately the AC did not work and was never fixed. Also the lock to the front door did not work and we did not feel safe sleeping at night. Would not stay again with Vacasa for these reasons.

Beautiful views

We had a wonderful time at Dockside! The home was very clean and well furnished. The view of the bay was beautiful, especially the sunrise and sunset. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable and there are plenty of towels for beach days. Everything is in walking distance which was great for us. We didn’t have to drive anywhere except to get groceries. We walked to dinner, the beach, the pier and shopping. The pool was great also and if you get a chance, go across the street and try the pineapple sorbet! It’s delicious!

Great Stay!

I loved this property! It was exactly as described on the vrbo listing. It was in close proximity to the beach and quite a few restaurants and amenities. The check in process was super easy. The condo was super clean and all of the neighbors were very friendly.

Amazing place so close to the beach!

Great location, 5 minute or less walk to beach. Very clean and extremely comfortable bed. Had everything you needed for the beach. Chairs, cooler, towels. If in Clearwater again would love to stay here again!

Great vacation!

Great condo for families with kids, more than enough space for family of 5. Swimming pool, beach just 5 minutes walk, amazing location. Washer and dryer in the condo! Extra towels. Beautiful view.

Amazing for families

We loved the whole thing about this place, quiet, spacious, comfortable had all the amenities we needed and more! Close to the beach, restaurants, boating ..anything you could possibly want yo do was in walking distance. The beds were amazingly comfortable (my son didn't want to leave just because of that) lol...clean just a great place to stay!
