Condo au dernier étage avec une vue imprenable! Nous venons de mettre à jour le condo avec de nouveaux planchers de tuiles dans les chambres et les murs de la cuisine. Emplacement pratique à Clearwater Beach. À pied des restaurants, des magasins, de la plage (1 1/2 pâtés de maisons), du Pier 60, du golfe de Miniture, de Clearwater Marina et plus encore!

Les condominiums à quai ont été construits en 2007 et se composent de 36 unités. Il y a un parking couvert sous le bâtiment et une piscine chauffée au bord de l'eau.

Location à la semaine, 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, plan d'étage divisé. Comptoirs en granit partout, tapis dans les chambres et carreaux de céramique dans les salles de bain et les espaces de vie. La cuisine entièrement équipée a des appareils en acier inoxydable, manger au bar et laveuse et sécheuse superposées. Salle à manger, salon offre une vue magnifique sur l'eau où vous pouvez regarder les dauphins faire un spectacle. TV grand écran, table basse, bureau, table et chaises sont dans le salon et la salle à manger. Grande chambre principale avec dressing, lit king size et vue sur le golfe. La deuxième chambre a un lit king et la troisième chambre a un lit queen. Il y a une connexion Wi-Fi dans le condo.

Juste une heure et demie en voiture de Disney et Sea World à Orlando également à proximité de Tampa et Busch Gardens. N'oubliez pas de visiter Winter, le célèbre dauphin, qui a joué dans 'Dolphin Tale'!

I thought the condo itself was average. It was a great location. The beds were very hard and noisy. Floors were not clean and slippery in places. Showers were old and small. I give it a rating of 10 for location and 5 for everything else.

Great location, beautiful view

The apartment was in a great location close to the beach and has a beautiful view. The check in process was easy and the host very easy to contact. The parking is so easy. The pool area is great. The apartment however, is in need of some updating. There are some lights not working and there is no main light in the living area which was odd. The furniture in one of the bedrooms was grubby and in need of some attention. The insides of cupboards etc are in need of a good clean, declutter and tidy. The tv also did not work in the main living area. All in all a great base to explore Clearwater and surrounding areas.

Loved this place! Clean and very nice. Good/easy communication with host. Condo is just a few blocks away from the “very busy” area but with in walking distance of the beach, and many restaurants, bars and shops. It was just what i wanted

Great location

Property was great but no pool. Supposed to share pool with property next door but pool was being worked on. Allowed to use another pool which was farther away,which my husband could not walk to, very crowded being used by 3 properties and was not clean

Great Condo across from the beach.

We loved this place. The condo was fully stocked and plenty of room for 6 people. Lori was very quick to respond to any concerns great host. Will definitely return and stay here again.

Condo with beautiful view

My family and I have stayed in this condo several times and we will certainly be back again. It is clean, quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed. The view is beautiful, the pool is fun, and the location is excellent. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with.

We really enjoyed our rental, great area, very convenient to restaurants and shopping. We will be back. Listing agent was great to work with, always responded in a timely matter.

The location was perfect! Close to the beach, shopping and food options. The view from the balcony overlooking the harbor was priceless. We will hopefully return soon!

Condo was a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We did very little driving. Condo was very spacious-loved the layout and 3 bedrooms were a bonus!

Great stay at a Great location

There was a group of six of us that were spending a few days in Clearwater before taking a cruise out of Tampa. We had booked a place in July for an October stay. Three weeks before we were to arrive, the original place cancelled. We were lucky to find this place. This was a much better place. The location is great. Several of our folks wanted beach time, which was a short walk. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do in the area. The unit was perfect for six adults. The beds are very comfy. We had no problems, so we did not get to meet Lori. She sent a great email with check in and check out instructions. We didn't see any dolphins from the balcony. If we come to the area again, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great spot, Lori.

The good and the bad

GOOD: The property location is excellent, the unit is on the 6th floor with a nice view of the bay and the City of Clearwater. The hosts are communicative and check in was good. BAD: The unit is outdated which normally would be fine but important things were not working. The fridge/freezer unit immediately had water leaking from the ice maker. Had to take the ice maker out and the entire back of the freezer was covered in rust which we notified the owners of. The fridge stopped working on our last day and everything we had got hot and had to be thrown out. The Air conditioner for the unit only works on one side of the unit and the other side gets very warm. The bathroom shower curtains had mold on them as well. The unit could be very nice if taken care of but the management company that is overseeing it clearly does not care or put an effort in. We notified the owners of the issues and they said sorry about that we don't go there. They probably should!!!

Excellent place to stay!!!

This place was perfect. After spending the day at the beach, we came back to a cold A/C and nice hot showers. We made all our meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed watching dolphins from the balcony and we slept soundly in the comfortable beds. It was very clean and beautifully decorated.

Great Location, Sub-par Property

Just spent a week in Clearwater over spring break and had a great time. The property location was perfect for walking around town and driving in/out of Clearwater with ease. The host included a parking pass for on-site parking, which helped elevate any stress of trying to find a place to park or worrying about paying nightly parking that all the hotels in the area charge for. Communication with the host was good and we got our check-in email with all the details well ahead of time. The unit overlooks the bay, which was a great way to wake up in the morning. The condo property felt safe, was clean, and the neighbors were all kind and respectful. As for the unit, I'd agree with the past two reviews. Although the unit itself was clean, it's in dire need of some updates, especially for the nightly rate that is being charged. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook meals, but be prepared to buy basics like cooking oil, condiments, tin foil, spices, coffee, sugar, etc. It's usually hit or miss in VRBO properties on what's in the kitchen and aside from pots/pans and dishes, this one is bare bones. The dishwasher needs some force to close and smelled a little like mold. The cabinets are showing signs of heavy use and wear and the kitchen faucet needs to be replaced and starting to come loose from the countertop. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a nice to have and we used it twice. That said, the washer is a front load and is suffering from heavy mold on the door, which is common for front loads. The bathrooms were clean with just a little bit of mold along the corners and edges of the showers, but again the hardware is starting to show it's age and is falling apart. The shower heads could be replaced or at least soaked in some vinegar to break up the heavy scale deposits and get some pressure back. As for the bedrooms, they were clean as well, but all the matrasses are due for replacement and fresh linens all around. The furniture is definitely showing it's age. One of the king beds sinks to the middle, while the other king bed frame is obviously broken as it makes a clunking and squeaking noise when you get in/out or simply rollover in it. Overall I'm giving it a 2/5, with the location, parking, and the condo property giving it the 2 stars.

Mixed feelings

Wow, what a view from balcony over the harbor. When we stepped out of the elevator, we were impressed. The condo looked like the photos, but on closer inspection wasn’t very clean. An email to the owner and Michelle, her assistant, responded immediately and addressed our concerns the next day. The sunrise on the balcony is impressive and the sunset at the beach across the street was amazing. Everything you need is within walking distance except grocery’s which is a short drive. We are two couples and this is a 3 bedroom. We re-booked for next year in a 2 BR. The people on the 6th floor are great and we look forward to seeing them all again next year.

Totally disappointed!

* Nice view. * Being Completely honest so others are not disappointed too. * Not worth the money! We paid less for a 3- bedroom excellent condo for two months on Fort Myers Beach last year, than we did for one month in this awful condo. * Neighbors showed us their beautiful units and this unit is a dump in comparison. * There was no plate to support the dead bolt so it seemed insecure. * While we stayed, the owners randomly had a Ring doorbell installed so a man was outside our door drilling, and we were never informed of this happening. Then owners showed up and came on into the unit during our stay. I believe this might be illegal. * So dirty. As if it hadn't been deep cleaned for a year or more. Exhaust fans and ceiling fans were thick with dust. * The kitchen service, cutlery and pans all need to be replaced. We never cooked as pans, etc. were junk. * Kitchen outlets trip constantly. * Washing machine door leaks. * The couches are so bad, they need to be dumped. So sunken and old. * We stayed for a month but only received can liners, dish washer soap, etc., for 1 week's use. Had to buy more. * King Bed is broken in south room. * We washed bedding before we used it as nothing seemed clean. That's when we saw all the blood and other stains on the mattress pad! * We were never informed that we could use the large pool across the street. We were only told that our pool is shared with a hotel. Neighbors told us the day before we left. * Would not recommend this unit!

Very Nice Location

The property has a convenient location. It is in need of maintenance (left a note for the owner). While it looked clean, there was an odor in the master bedroom of unknown origin. Not sure if it was the rug or what. Beds were comfortable pillows not so much.
