Thank you, guests! We hope you and your family are ready for a vacation!

Our cottages are cleaned to the highest standards. We have always provided extremely clean cottages (just read our reviews)

All cottages are ground floor and have individual entrances (no elevators to share).

All cottages have full kitchens and are self-catering.

Our back garden oasis contains two pools and a 170-foot patio with tables and chairs for each cottage. Plenty of room for sunning and enjoying the outdoors.

We have been providing cottages on Clearwater Beach for 20 years. We know what is important to you and we appreciate the opportunity to enhance your vacation stay. Thank you for supporting this small business on Clearwater Beach.

Our 2/1 Banana Breeze vacation rental is part of a Family Friendly 7 Cottage Resort located on the quiet Cyprus Avenue behind the Chapel by the Sea Church on the Island of Clearwater Beach. These beautiful homes are landscaped together in a tropical garden, with 2 heated pools, and a patio, all surrounded by palm trees.

This cottage can accommodate a maximum of 5 people, including all children. Fully equipped kitchen, living room, bath, and two bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a king bed with cable television, the second bedroom has a queen. All linens are provided. Central air, washer/dryer, tiled floors, ceiling fans and more.

We are a 2-minute walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Frenchys and Palm Pavilion have live music as the sun sets over the Gulf of Mexico. We are close to Pier 60, a great place for kids, with a Key West Style Festival every evening.
Additional 2/1 cottage and a 1/1 cottage for larger families or a couple.

Please view our photos, it is all very clean and nice, with tropical decor, relaxing and comfortable for the entire family.

For the comfort of all of our guests, no pets are permitted.

Smoking is permitted outside only.

There are six other units for larger parties available for rent as well.

This is the ideal property from which to enjoy everything Clearwater Beach has to offer. The accommodations were clean, updated and had everything we needed for our 10 night stay. The property is a 5 minute walk from the beach and an array of top notch restaurants, stores and activities. The host provided timely responses to questions and provided a binder of extremely helpful information about nearby restaurants, activities, etc. We will definitely be returning to this property in the future for our annual Clearwater Beach vacation.

Sweet Simple Cottage

Great week!

We had a great week at banana breeze. The photos online don’t do it justice, as it was just recently renovated. Grounds were beautiful and it was right in the heart of Clearwater Beach. Quick walk to the beach, park, restaurants, etc. James was a great host and super accommodating. We will be back!

Banana Breeze was a great 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo for our family of four. Within walking distance to everything including the beach! Very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. There is a nice outdoor area with a pool, and Teresa is very responsive if you need her. We would definitely stay here again!

We LOVED this charmingly sweet cottage bc we were steps to all things Clearwater Beach (we timed it to be a 3 minute easy stroll), had the luxury of a pool, and cool comfortable accommodations. Breakfast every morning on the lanai was perfect. On-site parking 👍 So glad we found this 💕

The cottage is just as described very adequate nothing fancy .About 2 blocks to the beach

Very nice cottage style house connected to another that shares a back yard pool . We were lucky enough to have the pool to ourselves as the adjoining house was empty. About a 2 block walk to the beach & within walking distance to many restaurants and bars along the beach strip.Definitely would stay here again very convenient Only wish they had better beach chairs to use

Perfect Location!

We stayed for a week to enjoy the area and the beach, while still working during the day. The internet connection was reliable - we never had any issues! The pools were great for relaxing. The cottage was just a block off the main street in Clearwater beach, so it was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants, while still feeling quiet and relaxed and away from the noise. We had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay! Thanks for a great stay - can't wait to return!

Great place to get away!

It was a great experience from the beginning with communications to rent Banana Breeze. You can tell that Teresa and Max are hard workers, as well as "hands on" hosts. Our cottage was SUPER clean and well equipped. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the pools, however, the landscaping and private fenced in area around them was quite impressive. We were able to walk everywhere...to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The beach near the Palm Pavilion (just a short walk away) is gorgeous and so huge, we were there every day to enjoy! And we truly LOVED the amazing Clearwater Beach sunsets, they DO NOT disappoint!

As a child, my family and I vacationed on Clearwater Beach every year. We simply couldn't get enough of this little paradise we decided to make this island our forever home! Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

These quaint and cozy units located in the mid-North Beach area are in the best location possible, located away from South Beach, which tends to be overcrowded and more saturated. Staying in This property will provide you with a better experience being closer to Mandalay Ave where all the bars and restaurants are located while staying away from the heavy crowds. You'll be close to the action while staying in a peaceful area. The two-minute walk to the beach access for these cottages is next to the two most sought-out restaurants on Clearwater Beach; the Palm Pavilion and Frenchy's Rockaway Grill the two beachfront restaurants that have become icons of the area. There is also a gas station within one block of these cottages which makes your stay much more convenient. We also have public basketball and tennis courts across the street. Don't miss out on this excellent accommodation, a family-operated gem!
