The Highlights

A fabulous, partial, Gulf view, a beachside pool and a tastefully decorated unit checks all the most important boxes! Solid surface flooring and granite counter tops add to the comfort and convenience. Be sure to enjoy coffee, cocktails and conversation on the spacious deck. You'll love the location! Buena Vista 203 is ideally located and within walking distance to all your favorite restaurants and shops. Pro-Tip: If it isn't a beach day, you'll love the convenience of the beachfront pool!

The Space

You'll find a comfortable and inviting living room as well as a dining table in this open floor plan unit. The ample kitchen allows for simple meal preparation should you choose to dine in. The breakfast bar separates the kitchen and dining and provides additional dining/entertaining space.

One of the bedrooms has a king bed as well as a private en suite bathroom and balcony access. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and shares the hall bath. There is an air mattress which provides additional sleeping. In all, this condo can accommodate 6 guests.

2 parking passes are included in your booking fees and will be left in the unit upon your arrival.

The location was excellent. Easy access to highway 59 with extremely easy access to the beach and short walk to shopping.

A few bumps but still a great stay

Check in was easiest ever. Perfect location and photos were reflective of the space. But the view is way better than depicted! We had a few bumps with the main TV , a shower and gate codes, but that didn’t affect our stay. It was a great week at the beach!

Great location.

Condo was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. Nice !ocation, we were able to walk to stores and restaurants. Condo has a nice view of the beach, nice size balcony to sit out and enjoy the sound of the waves. Great communication from host with information we needed for check in and out.

Clean, Comfortable & Convenient

We enjoyed our stay this week and was happy to see how clean everything was. Not just the condo but the pool area as well. Beds were comfortable as was the furniture. Everything we needed. Everything worked great inside the condo as well. We enjoyed the location as it was close to everything we needed including being right on the beach! We are already making plans to return next year. Thanks for a great stay!

We never did grill but have never stayed at a place that didn’t at least have an area designated to do so.

The picture showed location of balcony looking out over pool directly at beach ! We ended up on side of building! Also needed a TV guide with station guide! Took two days to find programs! Clean and comfy otherwise!

For the most part we enjoyed our stay. We had a few problems in the beginning but maintenance was there very quickly. The one thing I guess I didn’t like was the fact that there was hair in the shower. Also the green chair in the living room was really dirty. Beyond that, we did enjoy our stay

Could view the beach from a side view, would have liked a direct view, but nice to be able to see it just the same. I liked the fact that it was not in a large complex, more quaint. I would definitely stay there again. The only negative, the mattresses were sagging in the middle from wear.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I chose this location for our first ever visit to the Gulf Shores. The condo was clean and had all necessary supplies for a relaxing family stay. The location was perfect for our needs. There was a beautiful view of the gulf from the porch. Access to the beach was very easy and there was a good set up to wash off the sand. The Pool was well maintained and just the right size. The location of the condo is not too far from local shops and restaurants which makes it easy to walk or ride a bike to. We really enjoyed our short stay there.

Check-in process ,lousy ( had to wait until after 4 PM before we could check-in) Even though the unit was ready. Not enough towels for the lenght of stay. The face rags were thin as paper Only one large TV On very small Tv in the master Bedroom and one small TV inthe other Bedroom that was in the closet. yhere are other complaints ,but you get the messaage.
