Cette grande location Gulf Shores offre une vue magnifique sur le golfe du Mexique. Cette location de vacances de deux chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bains Southern Sands est à seulement 1/4 mile de l'autoroute 59, et est à distance de marche de toutes les principales activités de Gulf Shores. Il vient d'être remodelé et vient d'être ouvert aux locataires !!! Ce condo a une très faible densité avec seulement 18 unités. Il est joliment décoré et comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils modernes. Il y a un grand salon avec télévision par câble et un magnétoscope. La détente est facile dans le salon avec son balcon privé donnant sur le golfe et la piscine. J'ai vraiment besoin de venir vous amuser ici. Nous n'avons qu'une seule règle: Détendez-vous, détendez-vous et profitez

AMAZING

The listing doesn’t even do this Condo, location justice! Clean, very family friendly, the location was perfect, the pool was clean and very kid friendly, from the pool to walking straight on the beach. Highly recommend!

We had a mom’s weekend and the place was perfect. Everything was great. When we had to contact the owner he was fast at responding. Highly recommend.

Great location so close to the beach. A walkway to the beach would be a little beneficial but you make it work! Check in and contacting the owners was all convenient!

Great location, right on the beach, great view of the beach from the living room!!!! Place was clean-clean-clean!!! Within walking distance to the Shrimp Fest and The Handout, and many other eating places!!!

Lots of room

It was great. Great location. Lots of space. 2 bathrooms! It was a little hard to find. Maps takes you to a condo down the road but we found it.

Weekend away

We are from Kentucky and had no idea anything about the area and started looking and saw these condos and right away all agreed we would stay! We where very pleased about our whole experience! I had to contact the property owner about Wi-Fi and he connected me right back, which was absolutely amazing! Will stay here again

Great property and location!

The property was just as advertised! The location was close to stores and places to eat. It was wonderful to sit out on the balcony in the morning, and in the evenings, and hear the waves crashing. It was a short walk down to the sand and the section in front of the building was not nearly as crowded as other locations. I would highly recommend this property for your next stay in Gulf Shores!

Great location and cozy condo

The condo was perfect, we had no issues with the unit. I liked that we were by the laundry room and elevator. I do wish the beach were a little cleaner (like the pic on the listing) out to the main beach and that the owners would invest in a board work to the beach so it was easier to carry all of our beach gear. But overall, we had a great stay and didn’t want to leave lol.

Enjoyed our stay

Our family had a nice time staying at the condo, thanks for accomodating our last minute request for rental. The condo was spacious and in great condition, stocked kitchen and nicely decorated- actually it was nicer than the pictures show. We liked that it was a smaller condo complex with ample parking and quick access to Hwy 59. We thought this condo was an incredible value!

Awesome stay!

Only issue was we had to put in a maintenance request for the dishwasher and master toilet. Nobody ever showed up and the dishwasher leaked all over and we couldn't use the main toilet. Other than that....it was wonderful. Everything we needed was provided in the unit.

Wonderful location

The condo was in very good condition. Wonderful view of the beach and ocean. Easy access to the beach and close to the beach walkway. Unfortunately, the balcony was prepped for painting so we could not use it until Friday. Would help to include oven mitts in the condo. And of course the elevator has a mind of its own.

JUGs Weekend (Just Us Girls)

The condo was nice with plenty of seating at table and living room. Laundry right by elevator, by door. Made it easy and nice to wash beach towels. My only complaint and it’s not the condo is that there is no pier to get over the sand dunes. Pulling a loaded wagon was challenging. We skipped the wagon after day one. Would recommend and stay again.

Great room, but dirty

The condo had plenty of room for my family of four. Weused the balcany alot as we would watch the beach and listen to the waves. There was direct access to the beach. I do agree with the other commentors statement about the spindles on the banisters. They are a little far apart and my 2-year old was able to stick her whole head through them. Also, the rooms were not as clean as we expected. The bottom of our socks turned black as we wore them inside. The tubs had sand and soap scum in them from previous guests. It was also a little strange that when the property manager told us how to access the room, she stated that "this way, I won't have to see you, and you won't have to see me". Overall, it was an OK experience.

Disappointing

The only info given is what is provided on vrbo and no instructions or information left other than parking pass although it was stated that information would be on refrigerator. The counters were gritty and not clean upon entering. We had to go buy cleaning spray to clean the counters. The refrigerator/freezer did not work which was a big inconvenience since we had brought meats and other foods that needed to be kept cold and some frozen. It was 3 days into our stay when the refrigerator was replaced. We had to keep coolers full of ice to not let the food ruin. It was 4th of July week which I get but no compensation for the inconvenience, ice, ruined food was offered. The location was good. The pool is small but was ok. The grill is a public grill for all the guests of the complex and not just for the condo. Overall we made the best of it and enjoyed our time at the beach.

Very nice

We had a great stay and enjoyed the accommodations. The unit was clean and well-appointed. My only disappointment was that the laundry was not in the unit but was a separate location (although close) and you had to pay for use of the washers and dryers. That was not clear in the listing. Other than that, we would book again!
