Loved Waterscape! Book with Vacasa!

Great stay in B424! Comfortable King size bed and plenty of room for our three children (bunk beds and pull out couch). Not too far from parking garage or the elevators to the pools! Condo was clean! Great patio view of the 2nd floor pool area! Walking distance to great restaurants like Old Bay Steamer, AJs, and Stewbys. Also, walking distance to mini golf and ice cream! Booking with Vacasa was great! They sent all gate codes and information in an email on the day of arrival and I had an actual person that I was corresponding with via text. Jodi texted and even called to check in. Great customer service. We were arriving after the front lobby was closed and Jodi checked us in via text and put our parking passes and waterscape wristbands in our condo for our convenience. Waterscapes wristbands are very uncomfortable, would love to see them upgrade these!! They are hard plastic and scratch your skin and you can not remove them at night. That was my only complaint about my stay here!!

Perfect location

Great location and on-site amenities! Restaurants close-by made walking to dinner easy every night. And the staff was all friendly, courteous and prompt. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

There was blood on the railing of the bunk bed. There were dirt and toys underneath the bunk bed. The curtains needs a deep cleaning. The whole condo needs a good scrub.

Filthy and outdated

We loved nothing about this unit. It was dirty and old. I have pictures to prove it. The glasses even had hardened on orange juice pulp. The furniture was old and the rugs were stained and disgusting.

Overall very nice

We have stayed in 3 different waterscape condos over the years. This condo was the nicest in terms of decor. The furniture was nice, especially the bunk beds which were much sturdier than the other condos that we have stayed in previously. This condo was set farther back from the ocean compared to the ones we previously stayed in; However we could still glimpse the ocean and had a nice view of the pools. There are a couple of issues that could have been better. First, the bedroom bathroom’s shower handle did not function properly, (it was missing a piece) making it hard to turn the shower off and on. The bedroom closet had zero hangers for our clothes and the bedroom tv remote was missing its batteries. The sheets in the bedroom had a questionable stain on them and a hair on them also. (Went to use the spare sheets that were left for the sofa bed and one of those also had a stain on them.) I brought extra TP and paper towels, but we had plenty of those from the condo. Unfortunately there were no pot holders, making cooking a bit of a challenge. The sink stopper in the kitchen also needed to be replaced and there wasn’t any soap to wash hands in the kitchen. Many of these things are overall minor things but were definitely inconveniences that could have been easily prevented. Considering the cost, it would have been nice to have the hangers, batteries, soap, pot holders etc)

Great resort!

We had the best time at this resort! The room needed a good cleaning, my kids’ feet were black from walking barefoot on the tile. The dryer wasn’t working the week we were there. Also, I really wish they heated all of the pools. There is only one heated pool and it was super crowded. The other pools had a ton of fun stuff for the kids, but the water was so cold.

Outdated Condo

We stayed at waterscape last year at a different condo that was updated and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking pots and pans. This only had around 4. When we arrived there was a nasty odor. Fishy smell and a musty smell in the bathrooms. The pillows smelled dirty. I loved the mattress topper and the mattress was stained. The bed skirt was dirty. As soon as we sat on the bed it made a lot of noise. I realize how busy the condominium is but for the price we pay we should at least get a clean condo. Customer service was great, vacasa checked in before and after our arrival. They had our parking pass and bracelets waiting for us in the condo. I will be staying at waterscape again, just not at b424
