Beautiful 1-bedroom in The Village at Grand Traverse Commons
Steps away from coffee shops and cafes, a wood-fired bakery, a winery, a microbrewery, award winning fine dining and quaint boutiques! This one bedroom, one bath unit with large private terrace overlooking beautiful Building 50 at The Village will not disappoint. Inspired by the clean mid-century modern design era, it's the perfect mix between old and new, including a headboard made from an old freezer door out of the original building. Only one mile from Downtown TC & beaches!
A small entry code glitch at the beginning, but immediate response from ownerâs rep got us in and settled. The condo was beautiful and well appointed. The location was fabulous and interesting with lots of shops and several restaurants onsite. We ate at Spanglish for lunch and Sugar 2 Salt twice. Did wine tasting at Left Foot Charlieâs. Loved the condo and its amenities. We will be back!
This is a lovely, comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean condo. Beautiful contemporary design and well appointed with things you might need. Good location near places to eat and shop. I highly recommend.
Overall, it was great place to stay while we enjoyed the Traverse City area. The property was clean, comfortable, safe, well-appointed (even though we didn't cook anything, everything we would have needed was available), and the host was very responsive to any issues / concerns we had. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone traveling to TVC.
My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week while exploring the Leelanau and Mission Peninsulas. The location is great! It's easy to get to both peninsulas and just a couple minute drive to downtown Traverse City. The condo was really nice-new modern finishes, quiet, nice towels, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could want to cook with, very clean. Big, private balcony. Perfect home base for two people. I recommend staying here and eating at Pepo Neros. Walking distance and crazy good!
The property was perfect for family attending my sonâs wedding at Kirkbride. Everything was easily accessible and left them with memories of a great weekend.
The place was great, exactly as listed- clean, nice balcony with chairs/table. Building was quiet and very secure. The only thing I would suggest would be some curtains to cover the sliding door, that sun is bright in the morning. Overall we had an excellent stay.
