An air-conditioned guest house for 2 adults and 2 children includes a kitchenette, a bedroom, and an en-suite shower room.

Living areas are designed to inspire and delight, with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, toaster, kettle, oven, Nespresso, microwave, hood, dishwasher), a stylish dining room opening onto a vast terrace overlooking the pool with a large table for 8+, and a spacious lounge with two comfy sofas and a grand piano.

With 5 well-appointed bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Villa Lou Bayou hosts up to 10/12 guests, ensuring the perfect balance of comfort and privacy for families or friends.

Bedroom 1: queen bed (160 cm) + en-suite shower.

Bedroom 2: twin beds (can be joined) + en-suite shower.

Bedroom 3: queen bed (160 cm).

Bedroom 4: double bed (150 cm).

Bedroom 5: double bed (150 cm) + sofa bed (guest house).


Also on garden level: a large bathroom (shower + tub, double sink) and separate WC.

Nestled in a peaceful residential area, our villa in Vallauris offers a calm and serene atmosphere for your stay. Away from the hustle and bustle, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of our surroundings while being ideally located.
Just 15 minutes from Cannes` famous Palais des Festivals, 15 minutes from Boulevard de la Croisette and its prestigious stores, and 25 minutes from Cap d`Antibes, offering quick access to its splendid coastal landscapes.
Two airports are nearby:
- Cannes-Mandelieu 15 minutes away;
- Nice Côte d`Azur 22 minutes away.
Times may vary according to off-peak traffic conditions.

A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding area, and there are 2 to 3 parking spaces available on the property itself.
We offer a private chauffeur service for transfers to and from the airport on arrival and departure, as well as during your stay if required.

House Rules & Guidelines

• Check-in time: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Check-out time: Before 10:00 AM
• Smoking & pets: Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Pets are not permitted.
• Safety: Never allow young children to wander freely or swim without supervision. Lock all doors and gates when leaving.
• Pool safety cover: Turn to `F` to close (keep pressed to ensure no one is inside the pool). Turn to `O` to open (stops automatically). Always close when not in use. Max weight on wooden deck: 80 kg / 176 lbs. No jumping or diving.
• Piano: New grand piano, for amateur or experienced pianists only. No food or drinks nearby. Keep closed when not in use.
• Bathrooms: Do not flush sanitary towels or tampons. Use the bin provided.
• Keys: Always lock up and keep keys with you. €80 fee for lost keys.
• Parking: Turn around before exiting to avoid damage to low cars. Low-clearance cars should park on Chemin de Leouse.
• Furniture: Do not move indoor furniture outside. Protect outdoor cushions in case of rain or at night.
• Awnings: Retract shade sails and awnings in case of wind or rain.
• Energy saving: Turn off lights, TV, and air-conditioning when not needed or if windows are open.
• Cleanliness: Keep surroundings tidy, dispose of waste properly. Extra cleaning fees may apply.
• Check-out: Leave the villa as you found it. Report any damage or malfunctions during your stay.
