THE SPACE:
Welcome to the Grove House!

Drive up and park in our private driveway that fits up to 6 cars! Walk up the handicap accessible deck and enter with keyless entry. Unwind in the living room with board games, 65" Smart TV, chalkboard wall and cozy fireplace! Whip up an amazing meal with our fully equipped kitchen or have a BBQ using the propane stainless steel grill. Enjoy a cup of coffee and the view from the deck overlooking the firepit and the woods. Venture into the mountains of the kids room and hideaway in the play tent. Compete in a game of foosball or settle into one of the reclining chairs with a good book in hand. Escape and lay down into one of the 4 bedrooms provided with fresh linens, pillows and towels.

We offer complementary access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, DVD/Blu-Ray Player.

1 Master bedroom with KING sized bed and reading book nook.
1 Twin over Full Bunk Bed, play tent for kids and 28" Roku TV.

You will be able to access the property via a keyless entry pad.

Rental Shack- Open daily (during summer season) / Closed for the winter season.

To rent row boats, canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing equipment, bicycles and sports equipment. -Cash Only!

All pools are closed for the winter season.

***Our private, gated, community requires additional registration fees paid via the Arrowhead Lake website and are not included in VRBO rates, full details below. Registration will come in a separate email directly from Arrowhead Lake Community***

Arrowhead Lake Community Guest Registration Fees:
Processing Fee:
**$10 if paid 5 or more days prior to arrival
$20 if paid between 3-5 days prior to arrival
$45 if paid less than 3 days prior to arrival

Gate Card:
**Each vehicle has a $15 gate card fee

Temporary membership fees are MANDATORY and are required for all rentals & occupants ages 12 and up. The community amenities fees are in addition to VRBO rates as outlined below:

In Season/Summer Season (May 15 - Sept. 15):
$8/day per person ages 12+
$40/wk per person ages 12+
$100/month per person ages 12+ (1-6 months)

Off Season/Winter Season (Sept 16 - May 14):
**$5 per person per day ages 12+

Prior to arrival if registration and/or payment is not received then access to the community will be denied. All Arrowhead Lake rules apply.

Wristbands for ages 12+ are provided at check-in inside member services at the Welcome Center/Main Gate.

Community amenities are accessible during your entire stay, beginning at check-in at 3PM.

Upon booking, we will ask for your full name, email address, phone number, and number of vehicles you will be bringing in order to begin your online registration. As mentioned above you will then receive an email from Community with a link to complete your registration and pay the above fees.
