"A newly renovated two bedroom home just blocks away from the world famous trail system and the Bentonville square! Enjoy close proximity to Crystal Bridges, the Momentary, an exploding restaurant and bar scene, Bentonville Square, 8th Street Market, premier mountain biking trails, Coler MTB preserve, the new Osage Park, Walmart Headquarters, and everything else Bentonville has to offer!"
Generally as advertised. Fine place to stay for a few nights while biking. Place could use a little TLC: warped floor in the living room, slow sink drain and loud toilet refill in the master bathroom sink, loose faucet in kitchen. On the edge of city center. Nice yard / space, wide driveway. Price was right but wonât knock your socks off.
We stayed for 3 nights in mid-October for the Big Sugar gravel event. The location is wonderful - just a few blocks from all the downtown action - easy walk, even easier bike ride. The property is definitely older, but surrounded by multi-million dollar remodeled homes. The kitchen has all the basic equipment essentials along with coffee and sweetener, but almost nothing beyond that (no spices or condiments, for example). The bed in the front room was very comfortable and overall the house was quite spacious for just the two of us. The three-season room was a perfect place to store the bikes and the outside hose came in handy for a quick rinse. Rebekah was quick to reply to inquiries, but there were a couple of slightly weird hiccups, which in the end all turned out fine.
We so enjoyed our time in Bentonville. The house was in a great, central location. The beds were comfortable and the house clean. We will definitely look to book again when we head back to the area.
We enjoyed the close proximity to trails and restaurants. The complimentary coffee, popcorn, shampoo and conditioner, washer and dryer was a nice touch. Rebekah was quick to respond when we messaged.
