Kitchenette (full-size fridge, 4-burner cooktop, microwave), bathroom and a queen size Leesa Bed , futon for up to 3 guests. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Security cameras onsite. Easy access to I-49 and 2.4 miles to downtown and trail system. Walmart is 6 minutes away. Covered deck or locked shed for securing bikes. No pets allowed. ( Exception for service animals) . Please NO BIKES IN ROOM.

Peaceful hide-away

Every big and little consideration was provided to this studio. I will be back when I return to Bentonville. A lush garden and comfy porch await after a quiet sleep. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy a walk in the neighborhood.

Quick but great!

Very friendly hosts that had everything ready! Was a quick visit to see family. I was revealing alone with my young daughter and we felt very safe. We appreciated how easy it was to check in and out. They had everything we could think of in the room and bathroom. We will be visiting them again!

Perfect getaway stay

We LOVED this cozy, studio apartment-it was perfect for our 3 night getaway to celebrate anniversary/birthday with the added touch of a card and Crumbl cookie to greet us. It was a perfect location in a lovely, quiet neighborhood just minutes from Crystal Bridges and downtown Bentonville without having to get on a busy Highway but yet access to 49 was so close. Mark & Wilma were a wealth of information and their recommendations were greatly appreciated. I think our favorite part was sitting outside on the deck each morning with our cup of coffee. We loved it when Mark would join us for a bit of conversation-you can tell he loves people and he would bend over backwards if we needed anything. I feel like we made new friends !! We will definitely be back

Perfect little stay!

Everything about our stay at Osa’s Haven was perfect! I wasn’t sure how the setup would be with it being attached to the house but it was your own private little space that was cozy and just right. Access was super easy and instructions for everything were super clear. The space was clean and had everything we could need. The bed way super comfy and cozy. There was a TV, an electric fireplace, games, snacks, and even some ice cream in the freezer for us! The room has the absolute perfect temperature, too. The home is settled in a nice, quiet neighborhood and the hosts were so friendly. My daughter isn’t easy to impress but she loved it and has already asked to come back! I highly recommend this place!

Very clean, nice, and close to town without being in the middle of it. Very nice, courteous hosts. Called to welcome me before my arrival and met me upon arrival. Room was very clean and nice. I will absolutely return.

Comfortable and friendly

We appreciated Mark and Wilma's friendly and thoughtful hospitality. The space and amenities were just as described. We stayed for one night while in town for a wedding, and it was an affordable option with everything we needed!

Fayetteville Trip

Stayed here for Family weekend at Arkansas University. Excellent place to stay, quiet, clean and right off the highway. Mark went above and beyond with communication, snacks and local suggestions. All much appreciated!! Hope to stay here again in the future and highly recommend.

Bentonville, AR Stay

This is an easy access location in a quiet neighborhood. Our host, Mark, was extremely friendly and helpful. Take his recommendations on where to eat! The studio apartment we stayed in was so nice! It was just perfect for us. We never got to meet his wife but I’m sure she helped decorate it and it was very pretty. If we’re back in that area we will be sure to call there first for accommodations. Rex & Debby

As a single gal not from the area, I was very grateful for the security of the neighborhood, and the kindness of the hosts. The property is charming as well as the hosts. They respected privacy but when asked, offered great local recommendations. I recommend highly.

The apartment was delightful. Comfortable, clean, convenient, and safe. The back yard is enchanting. The photos on the listing can't quite catch its magical feel. Mark is a most gracious host and very helpful. Highly recommend this both home and host!

Osa's Haven

This is such a sweet little cozy place with plenty of privacy. If you like cooking your meals when traveling light meals can be prepared. The owner is onsite if you have questions or problems but we had no problems. Mark was very caring and considerate of our needs. I highly recommend this place if you want to feel comfortable, safe and right at home.

The property is located in the heart of accessibility of various trails. It best suited for family of 3 or solo vacationers. It match an accurate description from website. The usb charging station would be helpful but not necessary.

Easy Peasy

This was a great location for us to come and go while visiting with Bentonville family over Thanksgiving! Mark was so attentive and ready to assist with any needs that came up, but all our needs were already met! Great to have chilled bottled water and a basket of snacks along with coffee for that early morning boost of caffeine!

Great Location for Visiting Bentonville Area

Wilma and Mark are gracious hosts, concerned about your comfort. The property is minutes from downtown, the museums and I-49. The studio is stocked with all the amenities you need. It’s attached to the house (previously a mother-in-law’s space) but you have your own private entrance. We were totally comfortable and pleased with our stay here.

Quick Trip to Bentonville

My husband and I made a quick trip to Bentonville for one night / day and had a great time. The host was wonderful and recommended several places to eat and preferences for outdoor lighting and other details. Quiet, convenient location. Clean and comfortable accommodations. I personally appreciated the teas available after a long day of riding. Will definitely stay here again.

Hi! We are Mark and Wilma. We are empty nesters, living in Bentonville since 1988. We love to travel,( and are in Colorado in the profile pic!) We are excited to begin sharing our guest suite on VRBO and hope people will enjoy coming here to enjoy beautiful northwest Arkansas and the massive bike trail system we have here, as well as our world class museums, shopping, and restaurants.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our studio guest suite was originally built onto our house as a mother-in-law's wing, and then became my husband's 'man-cave', but has since been redecorated and given new life as a vacation rental.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Although we are not directly located downtown or on the trail system, we are a short, easy 5-10 minute drive to any of these attractions. Also, we are only 3/4 mile to I-49.
