Stay at this remodeled 3br 2ba home located in downtown Bentonville less than a mile to the square and 2 miles from the Walmart HQ. This beautiful home is a great location for mountain bikers with only a 2-minute ride to the Crystal Bridges trail system. Come relax at the wood burning outdoor fire pit, large back yard, outdoor seating, or inside with all the comforts of home. The bedrooms offer private havens for downtime and rest. Bike washing station provided for your convenience.

The Space:
Fully equipped chef’s kitchen for all your cooking needs. Quality appliances and Modern Cookware for preparing meals, and basic kitchen supplies are provided. Chic Coffee bar featuring Keurig, Brew, and French Press Coffee Maker, Coffee Bean Grinder, Electric Tea Kettle, and Tea Pot.

After a long day of work, sightseeing or adventures, come back to this newly remodeled and furnished property with all the amenities of home: Gas Fireplace, Full-Size Washer and Dryer with complimentary washing supplies, WIFI, and Basic Cable TV, 50” TV in Living Room and 43” TV in Master Bedroom, air conditioning, and heating.

The master suite is a chic private retreat that features a king bed, TV, large walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with vanity and shower. Two queen guest rooms share a bathroom with vanity and shower/bath. Enjoy high quality beds, linens, towels, and toiletries.

Bikes trip

It had a fire pit which was our favorite part, location was perfect. We loved it but because you're in Bentonville, the bike capital of the world, it would be awesome if there was a shed to put the bikes in. We absolutely loved it and every second we were there

Amazing house in Bentonville

The house was outstanding and we could not have been happier with our stay. The inside of the house was super clean and looked essentially brand new. Overall, it was one of the nicer rentals that we have stayed at. The kitchen was stocked with basic amenities for cooking and made it really feel like home. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of towels in each bathroom. The house is close to downtown, but not really walking distance. This was not an issue though since there is plenty of parking downtown. We were there to explore the Mountain Bike trails and this house was a short ride to both the Slaughter Pen and the Coler Mountain Bike Preserve trails. I would highly recommend this property and would look to stay there again when we come back to Bentonville one day.

Our stay was wonderful! Everything about the house was great! Plenty of room, well stocked, comfortable beds and linens, very clean.Great location to the square and bike paths. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Bentonville biking trip

spent a few days in town mountain biking with my son - the place was perfect for that. easy access to the trails just a couple of blocks away and a quick drive downtown for restaurants. the house was great - really nicely decorated and provisioned.

Home is very complete

We stayed 4 nights. House very comfortable and clean. Kitchen had everything I needed. Close to everything we were wanting to see. After a day of walking and touring, we enjoyed drinks in the chairs in the back yard. Check in was so simple. Thank you.

This town looked picture perfect and it felt surreal. As we drive around town it felt like we were in a “too good to be true “ town. We were impressed with the use of space.

Beautiful home and great location

This home is conveniently located near the square, walking trails, and Crystal Bridges. It is nicely appointed with a feel of being brand new. It contained everything that we needed for a wonderful stay in Bentonville. I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience.

Eclipse and Biking

LOVED this cute house in Bentonville! We came from Utah to enjoy the mountain biking trails and it did not disappoint! The house was in the most perfect location! We could ride to many of the trails straight from the front door! The house had been nicely renovated and was super cute! We loved it! thanks for letting us enjoy your city :)

Great, clean home in excellent, quiet location (access to downtown and trails). Host was super responsive and home was well stocked. We had one small issue that was addressed and resolved immediately. The gear shed in the backyard is ideal for bikes, etc. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Cute house in a great location

This house is less than a mile and a straight shot down Main Street from Bentonville’s town square. It was easy to get to and from the house and restaurants and trails on our bikes. The house is clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, tons of towels, robes, coffee, and a great welcome book with tons of helpful info. Will book again!

This house had all the amenities anyone would ever need. It’s beautifully decorated and the hostess was very communicative. Location was extremely convenient to downtown and I-49. We stayed during Christmas and the home was decorated with a tree and other accessories. This hostess goes above and beyond.
