Great house, great location!

This house was perfect for us! We have two small kids, so the floor plan (bedrooms upstairs, living space on the first floor) was great for hanging out after they went to bed. Also, having laundry and garage access was fantastic for our biking vacation. Lindsey and Joel were super responsive and great communicators. Can’t wait to return!

Awesome townhome, fantastic location

Stayed here with my family for a few days of trail riding. Just a short ride to downtown and Coler Preserve. The townhome was much larger than expected and had everything you need! Would definitely stay here again. Great communication with the host when questions came up.

This townhome has everything! It is very well equipped and appointed very nicely. The beds were all very comfortable. It was impeccably cleaned.

Thanksgiving gathering

We had a wonderful time for 6 adults next to the city center. We prepared a full feast, walked to Crystal Bridges and everywhere in between. Had a wonderful time. Would not hesitate to visit this property again.

A quick get-away

We stayed three nights. I don't want to focus on the negatives - as there were many more positives. The kitchen was well stocked and we were told that we could use what was there. If something broke, which nothing did, not to worry - just let the owners know. Our biggest surprise was that the bedrooms were up stairs. We had to carry our suitcases upstairs - and yes, it was not a full week of packing, but we are in our 70s and don't want to carry luggage upstairs. We got an email from the owner to let them know when we checked out. They sent it at approximately 8:00 a.m. the day we checked out - We got out on time - jumped in the car and took off. I did not look at my email until 4:00. They should have let me know in advance that they wanted us to email when we left. Overall we had a good time - the unit was open and light.

Great comunication with the owners Exactly as the pictures :) Just confirm check in time since the app shows one and days before you will receive an email with one hour difference in check in and check out. But then, i sent a text to the owner and they respected time showed in the App. Very nice house and great location :)

It was clean. Perfect size for our group, 3 adults. The house in back of the rental was terrible, filled with trash and junk. But it was quiet.

Very clean and roomy

Check in and out was easy as well as the communication with the owner. House was very clean and plenty of room for my wife and I plus our 17 year old son. The only thing for me was that it didn't say it was a townhouse in the description. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the location was perfect as we played 15 miles either direction from the house. Over all, we loved the house and would stay there again if we go back to Bentonville.

CLEAN and beautifully appointed

I have stayed in several VRBO type properties. This property is by far the cleanest and most beautifully appointed I have had the pleasure of staying at. Everything you need is there...even the pantry is stocked !! Although we did not use pantry items, it is nice to have it available should you need it in a pinch. Absolutely recommend this prroperty
