Very nice stay. Park was very well maintained. Private outdoor bathroom with modern amenities. The covered wagon is very well made and beds are very nice. Decor fit with the the theme of the park.
I did not realize the stay was at RV park but now my mind has changed about RV parks. Beautiful activities center, accessible laundry and friendly staff. They have cabins as well that look amazing. I have starting planning a trip to bring my whole family there. The location is close to a casino, state parks and Africa safari park. Donât miss your opportunity to have an awesome time.
We were surprised at how clean the entire grounds were. Our Covered Wagon was great, the bathroom was spotless, the clubhouse was fantastic and the pool area was very clean!we had a great time relaxing in the pool and playing shuffleboard in the clubhouse. My grandson enjoyed doing tye-dye in the morning and crafts in the afternoon. The food truck was great! We had a very memorable weekend!! Thank you for a great time!!
exceeded our expectations, is in an RV park. for some reason we didnât know that, but wasnât an issue it was amazing ! and the park was great, wonderful staff, and the pool and clubhouse was fabulous
My wife and two boys (6 and 8) truly loved staying in the covered wagon. It was very clean and super cozy inside! The temps got down in the 30s at night and the heater inside kept it nice and warm the wagon. My kids loved the bunk beds and have been asking when we can book the wagon again. There is a nice playground and river access 100 yards away. I was very impressed with the entire place - clubhouse, pool, hot tub, playground, bathrooms, etc. We will definitely be coming back!
This is a really cool glamping type experience. The bed was super comfortable, better than most hotel beds. We went through a huge storm right after checking in and the wagon held up good. Theres 6 or 7 wagons kind of in a circle so none are facing each other. Each wagon had its OWN bathroom right behind your wagon. And bathroom was very clean and stocked with everything a hotel would have (hair dryer, towels, soap). If looking for food , there's a cute little town with lots of restaurants about 10 minutes down the road. My only advice would be bring your PC to watch movies and Bring ear plugs cause you can hear the freeway nearby. That was the only downfall was the sound of trucks but I put earplugs in and no problem. Also has a kurig and frig and air conditioning/heating. Great time all around and I would definitely come back. Also if the wagons not your thing, they had really nice cabins. Have Safe travels everyone â
It was great! The wagon was clean and fit us all well (even 2 teenagers!). Everything looked new and thereâs even a detached, private bathroom for each wagon just a few steps away. A/C worked fine in the heat. They are in a campground so youâre able to use all the amenities- pickle ball, horse shoes, shuffle board, pool table inside the clubhouse with TVs next to a large pool. Itâs about 30 minutes outside Sedona. The only con- because the walls of the wagons arenât solid you can hear the highway noise. It didnât bother us, but might if youâre a light sleeper. Our family really enjoyed our 3 nights in the covered wagon!
We had a great time with our 7 year old. The property was very nice. The wagon was so cute. It was clean and very comfortable for the three of us. The club house, pool and grounds were great. Thanks for such a nice stay.
We had a girls trip to Sedona and stayed in one of the covered wagons! It was absolutely adorable! It was so clean, and cozy! The beds, both king and the bunk were super comfortable.
The bathroom/shower house Is your own personal one, just put back of the wagon.
We had a small fridge to keep snacks and water!
It was way above and beyond our expectations!!!!
We sat out around a campfire, and planned our next stay!!
Such a fun experience!!!!
Pros: In a very nice RV park with pool, hot tub, and clubhouse; clean and well-appointed, with a mini-fridge and heat/AC unit; private bathroom/shower just a few steps away (obviously there's not room for it in the wagon itself); easy check-in/check-out; short drive to grocery store and fast-food restaurants.
Cons: Close to the highway, and the canvas walls don't do much to keep the noise out. Didn't bother most of us, but light sleepers will definitely want to wear earplugs.
It was a a lot of fun to stay in an honest-to-goodness covered wagon, and overall we were very happy with our stay here - our kids were sad to leave!
The wagon and bathroom was beautiful and my family enjoyed getting to stay in a unique place. There were two heaters which kept us nice a warm on a cold night. The RV park was clean and we were glad there were laundry facilities.
The only complaint we had was the noise. It is a canvas covered wagon located off a busy highway so we could hear the loud highway noise all night and the other guests didnât follow the 10pm quiet time so we heard our neighbors drinking and having a bonfire. I would recommend bringing ear plugs.
