2.5 due to the heating units not fully functioning (3 of the 6 worked) and the first floor main living area was cold. A small space heater was there so this leads me to believe vacasa was aware of the issue but they told me the heat was functioning - my husband spent time troubleshooting it online and trying to see if he could reboot the units, he also tripped the breaker and reset all electric in the house to try to fix the problem. It did not work. vasa was very responsive to my texts but was not forthcoming in explaining to us or admitting there was a heating problem.Cleanliness was sub par. Coffee pot had small amount of dried coffee in it, keurig had old water sitting in it; cabinet had coffee dripped down it, crumbs in pantry; food spilled on trashcan lid; all faucets and walls behind sinks had splatter (food in kitchen sink and toothpaste in top floor bathroom). Ceiling fan over kitchen table was not turned on to try to help disperse heat because the blades had lots of dust and grime and I didn't want it all over the table. Floor in kitchen was sandy, hair balls behind recliners and dirt behind small cabinet in living room. Broken bedroom furniture which was reported. Broken ceiling fan light in top floor bedroom, also reported. A few too many problems for our liking. The location was amazing and we enjoyed our trip despite the long list above.Thank you.Dianna O.
