Great home for large families

This property offered everything we needed for our 4 night stay. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for our family to spread out and enjoy. The primary suite offers a beautiful tranquil sitting area and a balcony. There are a few things that should be fixed, however. There are no locks on any of the bathroom doors. The bathroom sink in the primary suite doesn't get hot water. And lastly, the light ceiling fan kit doesn't work in the outside sitting area near the driveway entrance where the steps are a bit "tricky", especially at night. All in all it's a great home.

Beautiful, historic home near the intercoastal waterway. Had several family members gathered for a graduation weekend and it was perfect for our size group. Highy recommend.

Family stay for loved brother memorial

We were 8 family members wanting a nice welcoming home to be together and talk and share memories. This home which is a beautiful classic Florida house was perfect for us. We ran into a few issues that were immediately addressed by the property manager. The casita had some limitations that made it less desirable to the couple using it.

October Stay

We had a group of 6 guys stay for 3 nights. We had been staying at a resort for the previous 5 nights and switched to this place. Listed was a washer/dryer. Upon arrival, we had several guys who needed to do laundry and the washer was unplugged and broken with a part sitting inside of the wash machine. I messaged them through the app and the lady told me she would check with the property management people. The next day I asked after not getting a response and said it was supposed to have got done on Friday. They offered to take our clothes and get cleaned, but our guys that need their clothes washed had gotten up early and done that already. We went about our day and that evening we were going to grill steaks, shrimp and vegetables on the grill that was there. We went to grill everything and the grill wouldn’t heat up enough to cook the food, so we had to cook everything on the stovetop inside. The last thing was that none of the bathrooms had any body soap in them, just shampoo and conditioner.. our experience was less than desirable to say the least. There was no other effort on their part to make anything better after offering to get some of our guys clothes clean.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay! The house was as list but stocked with things that we didn’t expect (and that we hadn’t had in other previous rentals). Things such as plenty of hangers in every closet, tons of dishes/silverware and plenty of towels.

Plenty of space for 6 colleagues on a work trip, house is charming and well equipped. Casitas are great for extra privacy, outdoor space is very pretty, overall very nice stay!

Great House

This was an awesome spot with lots of bedrooms and even more beds because of all the pull out couches. Pool and grill was a great hang out spot. House was clean and the check in/out process was easy.

Great outdoor space and wonderful for our family

The outdoor area is great, with nice tropical vegetation and palm trees around the pool area. The house is older and has some quirks about it, but it was perfect for our extended family and older grandparents with the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. We enjoyed our stay while there for our son's wedding. The one sleeper sofa was broken and there were no sheets in the house for the second one, but we made do. So just check with owners in advance for the extra bedding, if you plan to use the sleeper sofas. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay and we would definitely recommend it!

Came to WPB for my MIL 88th birthday and a memorial. Home accomodated my large family. Few late starters but overall a perfect stay in a beautiful home. Would recommend.

Loved the main house and pool

The main house is super cute, we loved the character and decor of the home. There was plenty of space and all of our needs were considered (toiletries, laundry supplies, loads of towels, stocked coffee station, etc.) Like a few others have said, the air conditioning in the apartments was not functioning well, the upstairs apartment was not usable as it was too hot to sleep there. Hopefully those windows units will be replaced.

Extended Family Get-together

This property fulfilled all of our needs. The space is plenty and the flow through the home is efficient. The children loved the swimming pool! We had an issue with one of the sofa beds that was addressed promptly. Also, the a/c window units in the Casita apartments did not cool so well. Overall, this property fit all of our needs. Would definitely book this property again.

The pool is to die for

The house itself is exceptional and beautifully decorated for a beach house. It is fully equipped with everything you could thing of from books, board games, poker chips, playing cards, lots & lots of utensils, plates, bowls, and all the other great amenities for the pool and beach. Just spectacular that we didn't have to spend much to be comfortable for our stay. My inlaws joined my husband and I for vacation and they loved the house just as much as we did. There was a few issues that we had which didn't get addressed as they stated they would when we were there. The lower level apartment's air conditioning wasn't cooling throughout the stay and the pull out couch had loose screws that made the bed uncomfortable. Overall great house, fabulous pool we took advantage of everyday/night, and our families had a great time at the house.

Very well stocked & clean

The property was very clean & well stocked with what you need, especially the kitchen. There is bikes & games for both kids & adults. We had 8 people and everyone had their own rooms with 5 in the house & the 2 apartments. One of the apartments only has a couch bed so I would recommend bringing a air mattress. Other than that everything else was great!

Early check-in communication was awful, even with extra charges. 2 bed sheets were missing, and it was impossible to reach the property manager until the last day.

Family fun in the sun!

The house was amazing with every amenity you could ask for. Plenty of room to come together and space to have some quiet time by the pool, the coffee corner, or curled up in the sun room. The location was also ideally situated; a quick drive to a variety of grocery stores, minutes from the beach (even closer to a spectacular snorkeling spot right under the bridge), and centrally located for a variety of family friendly experiences you won't find anywhere else. This was truly a memory making vacation!

Great house for multiple family members!

House was so well appointed. Fun beach decor and everything needed for a family stay! Immaculate interior and everything needed for entertainment : games, puzzles, pool toys, etc. Close to beaches and restaurants. The kitchen was large and we had had everything we needed for a large family gathering!!
