Waterfront home located on a peninsula less than a mile away from the Blanchard Boat Ramp. Stunning views, 2 split bedroom 2 bath (1285 s/f) and plenty of room on the patio for some family fun! Propane Grill on deck - Bring your boat, jet ski's take a stroll in the kayaks or chill by the firepit! Must be 25 years or older to book, No 3rd party bookings. Our place fits 6 guests comfortably. Would definitely stay again

The house looks just like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The Deck was amazing and we spent a lot of time hanging out on the deck. We brought down two jet skiis and we were able to get them out of the water every night with the convenient lifts. We did not get a chance to use the kayaks...next time! I would definitely stay again and will recommend to all my friends!

Perfect in Every Way

The property is the best we stayed in Texas. Everything you need is there. Clean,bright and very welcoming. We were very comfortable and felt right at home. The view is terrific.

Relaxing with family!

Such a wonderful experience and this home has everything. Very special touches and i appreciated the little things. We were able to have our boat and use it with our family because of your boat dock. Relaxing Lake Home

Beautiful lake home in a quiet clean neighborhood. The house is clean and well maintain inside & out. All the amenities that you need for a quiet relaxing stay. Excellent host kept us well inform and quick response to any questions and/or issues. Great dock for enjoying the lake, also include kayaks if you like to use them. Amazing Getaway

Over the top! My wife and I enjoyed five nights at this amazing property on the shores of Lake Livingston. The hosts have created a "home away from home" experience with every convenience a guest would want. The amenities provided allow a guest to focus on creating lasting memories. From having your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the lake... to fishing off the boat dock... to kayaking, or doing flips off the rope swing... or to finishing the day sitting around the fire, this property has everything a quest needs to enjoy the lake life. Many thanks to the hosts (Mashel and Ken) for the personal touches they have put into this property. They are committed to ensuring their guests have a wonderful, memorable stay at this "Amazing Getaway" on Lake Livingston!

Quiet lake getaway with great view

The house looks small from the front, but it's very nice inside. It has a bedroom on either side with a view of the lake and a large open living room in the center with a great view of the deck and lake. The owners have thought of everything from supplies in the kitchen to extra toiletries and robes in the bathrooms. They also have plenty of games and entertainment for a family stay. There is a large deck with plenty of seating, a grill and stairs down to the boat house, fire pit and hammock. We came for rest, so we didn't even end up using the kayaks we had planned to. We just enjoyed a lazy weekend with a great view in this quiet lake neighborhood. Hosts were helpful and accessible. Thank you for sharing your home!

Perfect Lake House! Can’t Wait to Go Back!

Amazing lake house! Perfect lake location, great views from house (from every room!), well stocked baths, kitchen & laundry room, dock was great for swimming, fishing, boat lift a major plus, and the rope swing & kayaks were a big hit with the 18 year olds!! Oh this mom did it too! The house is small but you don’t even notice it because the layout made it seem twice as big! The back porch was perfect with a gas grill and we can’t wait to go back to use the fire pit table (and the wood fire pit in the yard)! Games galore! Played corn hole and sung karaoke on the back porch at night. Don’t worry if you forget anything because they have you covered which added such a personal touch (extra tooth brushes, make up wipes, etc). Will be back very soon!

Amazing House on Lake

We love this house so much that this was our second time to rent it. It has great views of the lake from every room in the house. Cleanest house I have ever rented. Fully stocked. Outdoor area is stocked with everything from fire pits to corn hole to many other games. The boat dock is a major benefit with the lift, kayaks, life jackets, rope swing, fish cleaning station, etc. I could go on and on. If you have a boat, the driveway is perfect for parking the trailer when the boat is in the water as well. Can't wait to go back.

The perfect family lake getaway!

This was an excellent property for our family. Right on the lake with a great dock for our boat, fishing, and kayaks to keep everyone busy and having fun outside. Smores around the firepit in the evenings with the sunset. It had everything we needed. We have stayed at dozens of VRBOs and the owner thought of everything we might need during our stay. Highly recommended!

Weekend Getaway

Our stay was perfect. The house was so comfortable, clean, neat and felt like home. The views of lake were picture perfect. There were nice touches throughout the home. Outside, sitting on the swing at the dock and gazing at the stars was amazing. The host even had Chocolate covered Strawberries waiting for when we arrived for our Anniversary.
