With vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light, this top-floor condo offers a warm and beautifully updated home base for your next Steamboat adventure. As the largest 2BR/2BA unit in Sunray Meadows, you will enjoy ample indoor and outdoor space, including two balconies with sweeping views of the valley.
Boasting an ultra-convenient locale, the condo is within an easy 5-minute drive of Steamboat Ski Resort and walking distance of the free bus! Stunning alpine trails and fun year-round activities also abound at Fish Creek Falls, just minutes away.
Additional perks include a heated garage with space for two cars.
LIVING AREA
Appointed with tasteful decor and comfy seating, the open living room offers a great space to unwind after a fun-filled day on the mountain. Drink hot cocoa next to the gas fireplace with a good book or stretch out on the love seat
KITCHEN & DINING
Open to the living area, youâll always be part of the conversation in the fully equipped kitchen.
Perch at the kitchen bar for four while dinner simmers. When youâre ready to eat, gather at the dining table for six.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This unit comfortably sleeps four guests between the two bedrooms. Two bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.
The master bedroom features a king bed and mountain views. The en-suite bathroom opens to the hallway and includes a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a private balcony. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a jetted tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Enjoy the fresh mountain air on two private balconies.
EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS
This unit includes a combined office and laundry room with a desk and private washer/dryer.
Youâll find parking available for up to three vehicles with space for one car in the driveway and two parked tandem in the heated garage. A washer/dryer, DVD player, childrenâs books, board games, and complimentary WiFi are also provided.
Please note this third-floor unit is only accessible via stairs.

Located a mile from the slopes of Steamboat, youâll love having quick access to one of Coloradoâs premier resorts, where youâll find excellent ski runs for all levels, as well as beginner lessons.
During warmer months, enjoy a gorgeous hike to the stunning 280â waterfall at Fish Creek Falls (a 15-minute drive). Youâll also find plenty of tables around the park for afternoon picnics.
Afterward, make your way to Strawberry Park Natural Hot Springs. Take an indulgent soak in the steamy waters, which maintain an average temperature of 104 degrees year-round.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
