Center of Emerald Isle, private beach parking lot! The beach access is just over a block from Bogue Inlet Pier where there are public restrooms, shopping, a restaurant and great fishing! Very short walk or drive to the private beachfront parking in gated lot with showers onsite at the access. The access fob used for the gated lot is provided with the home. Very short walk to “downtown Emerald Isle” where there are shops, restaurants and nightlife. 3 minute walk to Cedar Street pier on the sound. Linens provided, including bath & beach towels, washcloths and kitchen towels. Charcoal grill and picnic table onsite. Large outdoor shower beside the home. Large driveway for boats and multiple vehicles. Quiet, dead end street, open floor plan, king in master and queens in 2nd & 3rd bedrooms. Pullout sofa in living room. 500 mbps Internet - Spectrum Ultra package! Dish and hand soaps are provided. First couple of trash bags are provided.

Hidden Gem

Who knew this neighborhood was back there? Not me! Hidden GEM! This house layout, location and feel were on point. It was EXACTLY what we needed as settled on our new home in NC. Will definitely recommend to others. I would give 10 stars if I could. The SOFTEST bedding and the most well thought out kitchen. I miss it already.

Bogue Fishing Trip

Honestly, did not expect as much as we got. Could not ask for a better property, or location. Absolutely fantastic house and as for myself, do not know of anything I needed that wasn’t already there except a nozzle on the garden hose but I understand why there was not one. LOVE this place and hope to stay again in future!! Host was so nice and helpful and the neighbors were like I have always lived there. (Wish I could) A+++

The home is in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Clean and very comfortable. Home is a short walk to ocean or the Sound. Bike paths very close.

Clean Home Close to The Beach

My sister, mother, and I came to stay during the winter. The host was responsive and helpful, and the home was clean and neat. Great facilities and we hope to visit again soon.

Very quiet street, great for walking pets and riding bikes. Close to food, beach and sound. We will stay here again.

Great, clean location

This was the perfect house to stay for a local weekend wedding. It was everything the listing said, and everything we needed. My 75+ year old mother loved the seat in the master shower. The neighs was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach getaway

Everything about this property was perfect for our family! Amy is a great host — she was so communicative and helpful. The house has everything you need and is clean, spacious, quiet. The beds are comfortable and the master bath shower was a nice bonus. Location is excellent, and it was great to have private beach parking access. We will definitely be back!

Our family had a great stay at Island Time. The house was clean and comfortable and had all we needed. We cooked several times and had all necessary utensils. The host was very responsive and answered any of our questions. Check out was simple and easy. Highly recommend

Beach Time With My Niece

This beach home is absolutely beautiful. Very warm and inviting. Close to the beach, restaurants and just about whatever you would need during your stay. Amy is very responsive, accommodating and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! Highly recommend staying in this exceptional home!

Nice Home

House was nicely furnished and very clean. Also very convenient to shops, restaurants, etc. Being on a quiet dead-end street is another added bonus, there is very minimal traffic. The included beach access from the private lot is also a nice bonus, no worries about parking. The house had everything we needed and was great. Thank you!

Above and beyond!

The house was beautiful and in a great location, very convenient to restaurants, shops and the beach! And the hosts were very available whenever we had a question or needed something! They came right over with beach chairs for our day at the beach! Definitely would stay here again!

Emerald Isle Gem

This property is perfect for a stay in Emerald Isle! It was extremely clean and had all the amenities needed. The location is central to many places and activities.(There are also some great breakfast and ice cream places just down the street!) The owner responds very promptly to any questions. The weather didn't cooperate during my visit so I may have to plan another trip to Emerald Isle. If so, I will, definitely, look into renting this property again! Would highly recommend!

If we could give 100 stars we would!

We have stayed at a lot of great places at Emerald Isle but this place definitely stood out. Quiet street, very clean, new house, and the hosts were fantastic. The hosts made us feel like friends, were more than accommodating and communication was unmatched. The location is great, extremely short distance to all the must go to spots. The private beach lot is so nice and convenient. We are already looking for another time to stay here!!

A Favorite for Sure!

House is fairly new & well stocked. Comfortable mattress & very nice Master BR shower. Convenient location for walking or biking. Loved the Village Market for brkfst or lunch. Fish Hut was a great find (shorter line for lunch). Owners were very helpful & close by if needed. So appreciated the massage recommendations @ Blessed Body Spa. Thanks again!

We moved to Emerald Isle in 2019 and that was the best decision we've made. We love the island and the people. We are just a few streets down from the property, so if there are any issues we will be able to address them right away.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This home is in the perfect sound side location. It's on a quiet street that is located walking distance to shops and restaurants. The private beach parking lot is a huge perk because parking at the beach is typically very limited. Our parking lot is just across Emerald Drive from the home. We have multiple showers at the parking lot as well. It is just a 5 minute walk to the sound side pier as well. We also just installed a large outdoor shower with Trex decking in June of 2022.
