Enjoy a refreshing splash in the outdoor community pool and then come back to unwind on your private balcony as you watch the people walk by and the waves crash in the distance. When mealtime comes around, the kitchen will have the chef's back with modern and incredible appliances that will make cooking a breeze. We know the beach is exciting, but there's always time to unwind at home, watch a fun movie on the TV, and simply enjoy a relaxing time with your loved ones.

Highpoint North charges $50 cash or $55 credit card for one parking space. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The High Point North Condominium is a smoke-free building! There is a designated area at the south end of the ground floor of the building.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice but could use a little more care.

The condo was nice and comfortable. There was a nice sitting space upon entering the unit and on the balcony. The pool area was great. A little attention to details and some minor updates would make this unit 5 stars.

Ocean front fair price average condition

Right on the beach ,excellent pool.condo was nice with large kitchen just not that clean had a foul smell.friendly people. Didnt like the strict no smoking anywhere rule not even on the balcony or not allowed to eat in the pool area .

Overall decent

Location was perfect. Right on the beach with a first floor room. Overall clean and work well for us. Only complaints are that the air conditioner in the bedroom was so loud it was hard to sleep with and the front entrance doors locks did not work at all

Poor accommodation

Made reservation for 6 adults. Only had 2 sets of towels. No linen for sofa bed. Had 2 adults sleeping on a mattress with just a sheet. Plenty of pillows but no pillow cases.

Great experience

We have stayed here before. Had another good time on this visit. Right on the beach and a bus stop just outside. Excellent restaurant, Sofia's, just across the street. The condo was clean, kitchen well-equipped, very relaxing accommodation. We'll be back!

Worst experience

This property needs a lot of work. The two days I was there I got 0 sleep cause you couldn’t secure it. The doors wouldn’t lock right and the windows were held shut by a wire. Mold all over the ceiling. Blood on the pillows. I reported all issues and they sent a maintenance man to put a screw in the door which by the way did not help. Worst experience with Vacasa property.

Great Condo! Great View and Beach Access!

Lovely condo with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Quiet and peaceful. Relaxing. Felt like home away from home. Comfy cozy place! Loved it! I’ll be back definitely!

Could use some updates, like furniture. The fridge could get door rails that are missing. The location in the building is great. We have stayed at High Point North a lot and will return to the building again

A mix of decent, dismal, and dangerous

Bottom line, we’ll rent another condo for our next visit. The decent: Comfortable beds, updated kitchen, plenty of dishes and pots and pans, a vacuum and dustpan to help clean up the sand, and spacious. Also a lovely view and a great location, with exceptionally easy access to the beach. The large dining table was great. Parking was easy and plentiful, even during our summer stay. Elevators were quick. The unit had a nice table and chairs on the balcony. The dismal: A huge inattention to detail on cleaning and general upkeep, including 1) the balcony was littered with goldfish crackers, which of course our 19 month old tried to eat, 2) some sort of weird dripping stain down the side of the kitchen island, 3) hair all over the bath mat, 4) toiletries in the shower from the prior guests (including a bar of soap), 5) a majorly ripped screen door to the balcony, 6) damaged fridge shelves, making it impossible to store anything on the doors (one railing in the fridge door was broken, the other one was missing); 7) broken shutters that wouldn’t close on the outer window which let in too much light to the adjoining bedroom in the mornings; 8) no room darkening curtains in the living room - only broken venetian blinds - making it impossible for anyone to sleep on the sleeper sofa in the living room, since that room faces east. No room darkening curtains in the bedroom either; 9) barely functioning bathroom light switches. 10) the ugly bathtub where it’s clear that old non-skid adhesive was torn off and damaged the tub, plus a mildewy shower curtain liner. 11) A very problematic internet connection. My husband was to telework the last two days of our stay, but couldn’t because the internet connection kept going out. We reported it, and they said that it’s a known issue for the entire building. Sure enough, family in two other units in the same building also had lost their connections. 12) The lounge chairs on the balcony were flimsy and uncomfortable. The dangerous: 1) Multiple fraying cords on lamps. 2) Electrical outlets were so loose we couldn’t even use most of them (except for the updated ones in the kitchen). This included not being able to plug in our baby monitor, because the cord just fell right out of the outlet. They were also so loose that even outlet covers (which we pack for babyproofing) were too loose to stay in. 3) The balcony railing is questionable. There is definitely too large of a gap on the bottom, and it made us extremely nervous with a toddler. We visited family renting another unit, and that unit had been retrofitted with a type of small track under the railing to install exterior shutter doors. That had the benefit of decreasing the size of the gap 4) The window to the front sunroom thing would not lock, and it’s easy to open it from the corridor. This, combined with the fact that the shutters wouldn’t close (mentioned above), made it basically impossible to want to store anything in the front sunroom.

Basic Ocean City

Overall the condo is fine. Like many things in Ocean City it's not updated or modernized, except the kitchen. The kitchen was fabulous and if you plan on cooking it had everything you could ever need. I loved having an actual table to eat at for the meals we had in the condo. The living room furniture was great. Couch was comfy and we had plenty of seating for the family. (husband/wife/2 kids) however the living room air conditioner didn't work at all. It was very loud and blew NO cool air. Luckily when we went the evenings were cool so we left the balcony door open and had the screen in to cool off the living area. Eventually we got the air conditioning in the bedroom to work and we kept that door shut to keep cool air for sleeping. The beds are TINY just keep that in mind. The bathroom was also very small. The towel racks are right behind the door so you can't open it the whole way to go into the bathroom. The toilet rocked when you sat on it. The shower is like many others in Ocean City and you have to be prepared for less than great water pressure. Balcony furniture was nice, cracks in the plastic lounge chair but I just threw a towel down when I sat there to read. View from the balcony is is nice but you are basically on the ocean level so you aren't high up if you want a big view. Overall, it was nice but it also confirmed that maybe we need a more modern or luxurious vacation spot for our next vacation.

Terrible stay

Room was so gross!!!! But what upset me and will NEVER book with this company again was I booked another room to extend our stay a few weeks prior and about an hour before check in was told our room was canceled!!!! Finding a matching room or getting anything close to what we booked was out of the question. Zero help was given and staff was RUDE! completely unexceptional!!! Worst experience and vacation ever! And to top it off the SAME thing happened to our family who booked with you clearly something is off with your booking office! 0 out of 10 for sure!

convenient unit

Patio overlooking ocean and pool. 1st floor unit only one flight down to pool and beach area. Open concept living/kitchen area. Well stocked kitchen with pots, pans and silverware. Walking distance to restaurants, store, coffee and many other eateries.

poor experience

The check in is where it started i thought the attitude of the lady was just me as I was exhausted from my drive, then I got to the spot and even though the tag said cleaned 6/18 I had to wait for towels over an hour the linen was dirty with blood stains. I tried to call multiple numbers with no return call. the entry was not secure as a coat hanger holding the entry windows closed. There were electric fire hazards and the cable WIFI was on and off all day long. The complex did not allow renters to utilize amenities like bathrooms at the pool for one. I never received a return call all week or at all for that mater. The extension cords held together with tape the bathroom breaker was set off thank god I knew how to fix that but for the money I would not recommend.
