Back Door to Pool
The French doors use a multi-point locking system:
To open:
Unlock the deadbolt
Push down on the right-hand handle (main door)
To open the left-side door (passive door):
Slide the top and bottom flush bolts to open
To close:
Shut the passive door
Slide the flush bolts back into place
Pull up on the handle until it clicks
Then close the main door
Note: The passive door must be closed and locked before closing the main door.
Outdoor Lights & Fountain:
Pool Light â Press #2 switch on the X10-Pro controller (on the table by the orange sofa)
Fountain â Press #3 switch (make sure itâs clear of leaves before turning on)
Pergola Lights â Press #4 switch
Pergola Fan â Wall switch next to the window
Umbrella Fairy Lights â Use the remote (on the same table)
Slumber Air Sofa Bed
The brown sofa turns into an air mattress bed! To set up:
Remove the cushions.
Grab the metal bar and pull out the bed frame.
Unzip the mattress cover (upper right corner) to find the inflation valve.
The electric pump is in the bedside table drawer.
Plug in the pump and attach it to the small center valve, then twist right, it will start automatically.
Inflate to your liking (donât overfill!).
Remove the pump and twist the cap back on.
To deflate:
Press the valve button to release the air.
Gently press down to help air escape.
Fold the mattress and tuck it back into the sofa.
Linens are in the den closet.
Extra pillows are in the hall linen closet.
