We are situated near the Southside Park, a famous landmark park that has a community center, a lake, an outdoor theatre, and many trees. You'll find many locals walking their dogs here and sometimes even some wild turkeys! The neighborhood is quiet and you can sleep comfortably on any of the floors of the home. You can park anywhere you want in the neighborhood with free street parking.
Our fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a half bathroom, a living room, a dining room, and two balconies for some fresh air is on the second floor. The third floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom even has a private balcony and a rainfall shower head.
The kitchen is also fully stocked with everything you'll need for your stay, including coffee, cups, plates, and silverware. High-speed WiFi (500+ mb/s) and free street parking are also available.

AC usage:
To ensure the air conditioning system functions properly during your stay, please avoid setting the temperature below 72 degrees. Setting it too low can cause the coils to freeze, which may lead to a temporary loss of cooling. Keeping the thermostat at a moderate level will help maintain a comfortable environment throughout your visit. HVAC visit due to coil freezing because of setting the temperature too low will be charged to the guest.

Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, and the like are not allowed. Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 PM, are not allowed. Respect your neighbors by keeping noise levels down and avoiding disturbances.
â NO PETS ALLOWED â
Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises.
â NO SMOKING ALLOWED â
Smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is strictly not allowed anywhere on the property. Please smoke on the street and do not litter cigarette butts or ashes on the property.
â STREET PARKING â
Street parking is available directly in front of the home or around the block (free and paid parking are available near the property). If no spots are available immediately, you can temporarily park in the alley street beside the house when unloading luggage. Be sure to leave enough space for another car to go around if needed.
â SMOKE DETECTOR â
Burning candles, incense, or any other open flames is strictly prohibited.
â PACKAGE DELIVERY â
Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages.
â DOOR LOCKS â
Please ensure that you lock the door at all times to ensure the safety of you and your belongings. Front door automatically locks after 15 seconds.
â NUMBER OF GUESTS â
The number of guests staying should not exceed the number stated in your reservation, and unapproved visitors are not allowed.
â TREAT THE HOME LIKE YOUR OWN â
If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, look after it; if you make a mess, clean it up; and if you move it, replace it.
â TOILETRIESâ
Toiletries provided in the bathroom are intended for initial use only. These items are meant to serve as a startup kit to get you settled in upon your arrival. For longer stays or if you require additional supplies, we kindly ask that you make the necessary arrangements to purchase these items as needed.

We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
