Ideally located on the seafront with its 180° panoramic view, this atypical duplex apartment has a 25 mÂČ terrace and a balcony.

The apartment is located on the 4thᔉ and top floor of a beautiful building with elevator.

For parking, a basement box is available for one car.

On the seafront, just cross the street to enjoy a beautiful sandy beach.

Nearby, you`ll find numerous restaurants, shops, markets and the port of Fréjus.

This duplex apartment can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. Located on the 4ᔉ and top floor with elevator, please note that there are steps inside due to the duplex configuration.

Article 1: **Definitions**
1.1 **Traveler**: any person staying under a reservation.

Article 2: **Maximum Number of Travelers**
2.1 The maximum number of travelers permitted to stay at the premises is 6 travelers. This number includes adults, children, and infants.
2.2 Any addition of travelers beyond this number is prohibited without the prior consent of the host.

Article 3: **Request for Exception**
3.1 In exceptional circumstances, a request to increase the number of guests may be submitted in writing to the host at least 7 days before the arrival date.

8.4 Deductions: In the event of damage, loss or infringements, part or all of the security deposit may be retained. 8.5 Disputes: In the event of a disagreement over deductions made from the security deposit, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action.
