Great Property

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this Santa Barbara Mesa location. Property is attached to the hosts house but does not feel that way; it has a dedicated entrance gate and courtyard. Is recently remodeled, and done well, with floors, kitchen, bed and bath all new. Location is about 250 yards from the foreshore (Shoreline Drive, if you are familiar with the area), and an easy 5 minute drive to Downtown. Overall, a great Santa Barbara couples retreat.

High-tech casita in lovely neighborhood

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at this high-tech casita in April 2024. It’s located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous ocean view within easy walking distance. Noah was a friendly, responsive host and helped us navigate the smart features of the home. The modern design and private courtyard with water fountain created a serene environment. It is obvious a lot of care and thought went into the design of this special retreat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again. If visiting, we highly recommend trips to Ojai and the Piedras Blancas Elephant Seal Rookery. California living!

perfect location and unique space

This is a frequently and accurately reviewed property. Location is perfect - EMesa, a couple of blocks from Shoreline park. The owner is easygoing and was a good communicato - he is also a fan of architecture and the space is really cool with a lot of interesting modern features I would typically associate with European apartments. It was a cool getaway in part because of the unusual design elements. We would return.

Amazing place

Beautiful house, amazing bathroom, best bed / bedroom I have stayed in and very nice and communicative hosts. Would recommend to anyone wanting a great place to stay in St Barbara.

Perfect spot to stay in SB!

Noah was a great host and offers a great property for a couple to retreat to Santa Barbara. The space feels much bigger than its sqft and was very comfortable for our weekend getaway. Easy access to everything in town and a great neighborhood to walk around in.

Perfect getaway

The place is perfect for a small getaway. The pictures and description are accurate. Noah allowed us to check in early and even gave us a nice tour of his home. Would stay again if we can!

Great location, completely furnished, designed space

It's hard to find a place in the Mesa neighborhood. This property is located on a quiet street, easy to get to coffee shops nearby, a quick trip to the beach, to the downtown area and the 101. We enjoyed the artistic design of the place. It has it's own private entrance, with a soothing water feature. They have provided everything one could need for a short term stay.
