Luxury apartment (renovated 2015) with panoramic views of sea, beach promenade and mountains. Very close to the beach (80m). Very intensive cleaning and sterilisation as well we use UV light in all rooms for that COVID-19 has no chance.

Location:

Approximately 45 km from the Málaga Airport, located in the center of Torre del Mar with all shops for daily needs and many different bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Only 80m away from the beach promenade. At the 9th floor.

Wonderful location and apartment.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Katja & Helmut were very informative and helpful hosts. We would definitely stay here again. The apartment is spacious and very clean with amazing views of the Sea and in a good location to explore Torre del Mar and the surrounding area.

Astounding views, day and night.

This apt. Is sleek and modern. Everything is there. Bedding, a well stocked kitchen, and towels. The owners are VERY attentive to your needs. The apt. Is an easy walking distance to the beach and it’s gorgeous walkway, grocery stores, laundry, hairdresser, and numerous restaurants. Access to the highway is not far and makes day trips quite easy. We had a very pleasant visit.

Superbly appointed & well positioned

What can I say but the whole experience was the very best we have had and I must add we have booked numerous properties through this website. Katya & Helmut met us upon arrival and showed us around and answered any questions we had regarding the apartment - they also very kindly gave our daughter a present as it was Christmas and provided a welcome pack. The apartment is wonderfully appointed and was spotlessly clean with all of the equipment one needs when on holiday. The view in morning of the sun rising over the Mediterranean was simply a sight to behold while having breakfast ! My daughter gave this holiday a 10 out of 10 - what more can I really add apart from thank you for a lovely stay in a wonderful apartment. We will be back ....

Lovely apartment with fantastic view close to beach

Lovely clean spacious apartment with plenty of storage space. The apartment has plenty of windows that let in lots of light, and the view from all of the rooms and balcony is spectacular. Watching the sun rising from behind the mountains each morning was a wonderful sight. The kitchen area is very well equipped and includes fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The set of crystal wine glasses was a nice touch and was in keeping with the good quality fixtures and fittings across the whole apartment. There are two shower rooms, one of which contains a washing machine. The owners were very friendly and helpful and provided useful information on places to eat and to visit. We would have been happy to stay another week (at least!)

Beautiful apartment with a very nice view near the beach

We had a wonderful week in Torre de Mar, thanks to the very nice apartment of Katja and Helmut. It was very clean, modern, practical, spacious with good beds and bathrooms. There was a lot of storageroom. It all looked very new. Nothing to complain about. The apartment is situated in a nice building, very near to the beach and supermarket. The view is wonderful. Even though it's not on the beachfront, you have a view over the beach and the harbour. Every Photo on their website is really as it is. If we go back to Torre del Mar we will rent this apartment again, no doubt. Katja and Helmut are very nice people and very helpful. Nothing is too much for them.

Wonderful clean, modern and well equipped property with stunning views towards Caleta and Torrox.

The owners welcomed us with gifts and a tour of the property so we knew how everything worked. Helmut even came and with amazing skill fixed the TV so we could watch our favourite English programmes. When it rained Katya gave us ideas of what we could do for entertainment. They are the nicest people you could ever meet and went out of their way to give us a good holiday. Their mission is to give everyone a wonderful holiday so whatever your needs they will do their best to help. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We felt so at home in the apartment we were happy to spend time on cooler days enjoying the rest and the fantastic views. All together a wonderful holiday. Thank you Katja and Helmut

Above and beyond

Katja and Helmut went above and beyond to help keep us safe and comfortable during the corona virus crisis. When we were concerned that we might get stranded with no place to stay, they assured us we could remain in their apartment as long as necessary. When we needed to leave for the airport rather abruptly, they gave us a ride and provided masks, gloves, and sanitizer to use while traveling. It was very important to us to have so much support, as we were on our own in another country at a very difficult period. We are very appreciative of the help we received from Katja and Helmut and can think of no better testimony of how great they are as hosts. It also happens that their perfectly located apartment is beautiful and comfortable, to the point we would have been happy to ride out the storm right there (especially considering the incredible view of the Mediterranean from the balcony) if events had not changed so quickly and drastically.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views

My father and I spent five nights at Katja's apartment in January. We had an excellent time and the apartment is one of the best apartments we have stayed in on our travels. Katja was a great host who lives nearby so was able to meet us to hand over the keys and show us the facilities. She kindly provided some food and drink for our arrival. Katja and her partner have modernised the apartment with very high specification fixtures and fittings. There are three spacious bedroom and two bathrooms which is very useful. The kitchen is of a high standard with oven, hob, and microwave. The apartment has amazing views to the mountains and out across the bay. The outside balcony catches the sun in the morning so you can sit and take it all in. Torre del Mar was quiet in January but there were still plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants open. The town is small but neat and there is a great path along the seafront for walking. I took along my bike and ride into the mountains. The villages of Competa and Comares are worth visiting by bike or car and there are also lots of other pretty villages around. We hope to be back :) thanks Katja and Helmut for a great time!

Sitio perfecto.

Todo absolutamente increible. El apartamento tiene vistas geniales y está al lado de la playa y de todo tipo de bares, chiringuitos y supermercados. Estaba super limpio y Katjia es encantadora. El aire acondicionado funciona increible y estuvimos super cómodos en todo momento. En definitiva, el apartamento está genial y no se me ocurre un sitio mejor para visitar Torre del Mar y la zona.

Ausgezeichnete Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist gut beschrieben und sehr gut ausgestattet. Offenbar wisssen die Vermieter wirklich genau, was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Der Empfang war herzlich und es war ein wohltuender Kontrast zu den meisten derartigen Domizilen, vor allem, wenn sie von einer Agentur vermietet werden. Es ist auch sehr beruhigend, die Vermieter am Ort zu wissen für den Fall, dass mal etwas nicht funktioniert. Wir als alte Leute haben die herrliche Aussicht genossen. Bei den kühlen Wintertagen unseres Aufenthalts war es auch wichtig, dass die Heizungen gut funktionierten. Zweimal traten Probleme auf, für die die Vermieter nichts konnten, einmal an einem Heizgerät und einmal am Aufzug. Die Vermieter haben unverzüglich dafüär gesorgt, dass die Probleme gelöst wurden. Danke!

Es war alles sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Der Strand ist näher als es auf den Fotos erscheint. Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke. Die Gastgeber sind hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Sie machen auch den Transfer vom/zum Flughafen. Restaurants (Fisch und Meeresfrüchte) in der Nähe alle zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfekte Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt zum Strand, zu den Geschäften und Restaurants. Sie ist topp ausgestattet und war liebevoll hergerichtet. Der Blick auf das Meer und die Berge ist unvergleichlich! Katja und Helmut sind die perfekten Gastgeber!

Unsere schöne Zeit in Torre del Mar

Wir haben lange gezögert, eine Ferienwohnung über das Internet zu buchen, weil wir den Fotos die meistens gezeigt werden nicht wirklich getraut haben und vorab gestellte Fragen an Vermieter oder Agenturen zur jeweiligen Immobilie, eher nüchtern als einladend beantwortet wurden. Der direkte Kontakt zu Katja und Helmut weckte in uns die Vorfreude auf den Urlaub die bei der Ankunft und während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht enttäuscht wurde. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und so geschmackvoll eingerichtet wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Die Lage ist für alle Art von Urlaub hervorragend, für Langzeiturlauber (Winterflüchtlinge wie in unserem Fall) als auch für Strandurlauber. Katja und Helmut haben uns mit guten Tipps versorgt, der Kontakt in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes war wie unter Freunden. Wohnung, Umgebung und Vermieter sind mit 5 Sternen nicht übertrieben bewertet.
