Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home in quiet residential neighborhood. Conveniently located 20 mins from downtown Denver, 30 mins from Boulder and just 30 mins from Denver Airport. Easy access to all major highways and the city light rail is right around the block.

You will also be within walking distance to the Thornton Rec Center Park that features an amphitheater, a carousel, a boat house, playground, skate park and sports.

The space
Our home is a tri-level home with a large living room, kitchen with all necessary appliances and dining area on the main floor.

On the lower level you will find the master bedroom with a king size bed. There is a bathroom on the same level with two sinks, a shower and a jetted tub.

On the upper level there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has a full size bed. The bathroom has one sink, shower and tub.

We will accommodate guest with infants with a portable crib, high chair, safety gate and safety outlet plugs.

You will have access to 2 parking spots on the drive way and off street parking.
Other things to note
There is no access to the garage or basement.

Wonderful Vacation

Came in town for the UC vs Boulder game and DEN NFL game. Was in an excellent location. Close to everything and only a 25 minute ride to downtown. Restaurants and grocery stores 5 minutes away. Home is beautiful and updated. Will definitely return.

Peaceful and beautiful getaway

House was amazing as well as location. Park across the street was great for morning walks and backyard was lovely and private. Hosts were super communicative and helpful. Totally recommend this spot!

Very nice place to stay for a family

We were visiting Denver to meet our daughter and grandchildren for a long weekend. This property was perfect for us. It was big enough for 5. There was a little play ground in the back yard and there was a high chair and crib for our 1 year old grandson. The property was in a nice neighborhood and had a fire pit for us to make s’mores in the evening. The property owners were very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family place to stay

The house was just right for our family of six. The house was roomy, and the kitchen well-stocked. The yard was a good size. Communication with Noemi was great. The play set in the yard had a wasp nest which she had taken care of the morning after I texted her about it. She also had a lightbulb replaced immediately (it made the family room dim and dark). We definitely made good use of the washer (with detergent) and dryer in the house. There was a very nice park very close by that had everything and more you’d want at a park for kids to burn off extra energy. Location was close (20 - 25 mins) to downtown Denver and a few places (like Elitch Gardens, Water world, Denver Aquarium) to visit. If you’re looking for places to shop, there are nearby outlets and a few shopping malls nearby as well. Restaurants and grocery store were only a few minutes away. Would definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Denver area.

We had a wonderful experience with this property and the property manager. It was a lovely home with all the needed amenities. We were impressed with the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the property and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Even the next door neighbor came over and introduced himself and welcomed us. We also had a bunny in the back yard...Bonus! We highly recommend this property and the property manager who went out of her way to make sure we had and enjoyable stay. FIVE STARS PLUS

It was a nice stay and we enjoyed being near the fireworks show. The carpet needs some repair, and the kitchen had very littles supplies like cookware, cheese grater, etc. But overall, we enjoyed our time there.

Perfect for Family Get-Away

We are a family of four with two teen boys. This house was perfect for everyone to have their own space. The photos are accurate and everything in the house was very well maintained. Beds were comfy and the property was clean. Location was perfect for access to multiple areas we wanted to visit. Quiet neighborhood as well. We hope to visit again and would gladly stay at this property.

First vrbo experience

Adequate space for our group in a nice neighborhood with great park nearby. Host provided good communication with quick response time. House has poor ventilation especially in lower level/ bedroom. Fans were supplied, however, the stagnant air remained with musky smell. Otherwise house was great. Easy access to interstate.
