*The accommodation is entirely private, and while there is a basement unit on the property, it has its own separate entrance ensuring your complete privacy.

Starter supplies are provided; guests are responsible for their own paper/cleaning/toiletries after starter supplies run out.
Non-smoking home
This is a 100% smoke-free unit (including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana).
If any smoking happens indoors, a $500 fee applies.

No pets
We love animals but cannot host them here.Any pets brought without approval will result in a $500 fee.

Quiet hours
Quiet hours run 11pm to 7am.
No loud music, no disturbances, and no unauthorized gatherings. Registered guests only unless approved in advance.

Cleanliness expectations
