We had a wonderful stay. I hosted my sisters low key Bachelorette weekend here. Communication with host was excellent. We also got in right after they renovated the whole place, we were able to enjoy all spaces of the home. We did a
This house not only comfortably slept our group of 16, it also had adequate dishes, towels, seating for us all to be together - a rare find! The location is not super walkable, but we did have an elk siting right out the front door. Hot tub garage space was so fun for the kids, and we were a short drive from all our vacation plans.
We had a memorable week! The house was a perfect fit for our blended family and friends! There was plenty of space for everyone and multiple people were able to get ready and attend the wedding. The large family room was great for all of us to hang out. The beds and bathrooms were perfectly suited for everyone! We would highly recommend.

This VRBO was perfectly adequate. It slept extended family, including 14 guests, with its generous number of bedrooms and baths. But it was lacking in other areas, and we didnât want to spend any more time there than we had to.
If half stars were possible, would be 3.5 rating.
PROS:
*Very* communicative host/property manager! Really appreciated quick responses.
Ample parking for several cars.
Easy to find â right off main roads. Convenient.
If youâre looking for a house for a large group to sleep and mainly spend time elsewhere, this is a reasonable solution.
CONS:
The location is not true âwalking distanceâ to downtown. It would be a *very* long walk, impossible for several in our party.
The location is industrial, with metal trailers and big satellite dishes around the property. Not a neighborhood and not scenic.
Common areas were inadequate for large group. Kitchen and living room seating not enough for gathering / hanging out. Same with outdoor seating. Kitchen tiny, not big enough for multiple people to prep group meals at once.
Poor airflow (no screens on large doors, no ceiling fans in two upstairs beds, etc) made for uncomfortable sleeping in heat wave.
Encountered infrastructure issues (stove broke â but property managers did replace same day, which was great; a broken kitchen fridge, had to use fridge outside kitchen); leaking water in basement; downstairs shower temps either too hot or too cold).
*3.5 stars
Great space for a large group. Plenty of rooms, plus a kitchen with a large island and lots of chairs which is adjacent to the living room area. Centrally located within Estes, but a quiet neighborhood. Not a ton of space to spend time outdoors, although there is a small patio. Sufficient parking space. Had a minor plumbing issue, which the host fixed within a couple of hours. Very responsive and helpful.
Convenient location to town and National Park. Well stocked kitchen. Great areas for gathering. We enjoyed our stay here with 9 adults and 9 children from 1-15.
This was a great space. Hosted, slept, fed and entertained 16 adults easily. Never ran out of hot water and had plenty of space. 8 couples slept easily and never felt cramped.Very well decorated and fun to live in.Kitchen was well thought out and fully stocked. Good fridge space inside and out. Super comfortable living area that allowed watching tv, playing mahjong, and 42 all at same time. Close to town and easy to get anywhere. Parking for 6 vehicles. The communication was the absolute best we've ever experienced. We were never waiting for a reply, even late at night or early in the morning.
