Le chalet de montagne est la retraite familiale idéale pour de grands groupes de personnes. Niché contre Prospect Mountain dans Estes Park, cette cabane offre amplement d'hébergement pour jusqu'à 16 personnes avec des options de divertissement inégalées sur la propriété.

Cette maison a des lits confortables, et tous les draps et serviettes sont fournis. La cuisine est bien équipée avec de la vaisselle et des appareils électroménagers et il y a un grill extérieur pour les clients. Avec 7 chambres et 5 salles de bains, il y a de la place pour les adultes et les enfants pour se disperser et avoir leur propre espace pour se détendre ou se divertir.

Profitez de la vue sur le mont Olympe depuis la cour avant ou sur Prospect Mountain depuis l'arrière du chalet. Parmi les trembles et les pins qui entourent la propriété, il y a un foyer en pierre pour une soirée de smore et de rencontres avec la famille et les amis.

Tout au long de la cabine est un paradis de divertissement! La salle multimédia comprend une télévision connectée à écran plat de 75 "avec Netflix et des sièges de cinéma. Pour le «gamin en vous» ou les enfants eux-mêmes, il y a une table de billard / ping-pong, une table de billard, un air hockey et une arcade classique légitime!

Les activités familiales se poursuivent à l'extérieur de la cabine. Autour de la propriété se trouve un terrain de golf à 3 trous, un terrain de basket et même un terrain de golf miniature que les enfants et les adultes adoreront! Dans l'arrière-cour, vous pourrez profiter des soirées dans le bain à remous surdimensionné pour 8 personnes tout en admirant le magnifique ciel étoilé de la montagne étoilée.

Downtown Estes est à seulement cinq ans. Profitez de l'ancienne boutique de tire d'eau salée, du magasin de bonbons décadent ou trouvez votre pierre précieuse au célèbre magasin de rock. Il y a plusieurs brasseries en ville, dont la populaire Rock Cut Brewery, une des spécialités locales. Penelope a les meilleurs hamburgers du coin, alors assurez-vous de le vérifier!

À moins de 10 minutes se trouve le célèbre parc national des Rocheuses (RMNP). Incontournable à Estes, le RMNP offre des vues à couper le souffle, la faune et des sentiers de randonnée que tout le monde doit découvrir pour le croire. Ne le manquez pas!

Amazing property! Very beautiful location about 10am from town (driving). Plenty of rooms and hang out areas and already talking about doing a big Thanksgiving with the whole family one year at this property. Only downside was some windows don’t open and the shades in the mater do not work so we had to use a hair clip to keep the shade open to let in fresh air

The large house we stayed in was the perfect size for our big family! The kids loved the theater room and the video room. There were deer outside of our house that we all enjoyed watching. Location was delightful. A few things could be improved upon, blinds in the master bedroom did not work. One of the big fans was broken, no containers to keep leftovers in. Overall, it’s a beautiful home and we had a fabulous time in Estes Park.

Family Reunion

This house was perfect for our family reunion. There was plenty of space for 16 people. The theater, arcade and hot tub were all a hit. The weather was good and we enjoyed sitting on the deck watching herds of elk stroll by. It's close to the shops in downtown Estes, RMNP and hiking trails. We all had a great time.

Great for family and good location to all the sites

We all had a wonderful time. The home was very clean and comfortable. It could use a few more fans to use throughout the house because of no air-conditioning, but otherwise we had very comfortable weather once the temperatures lowered throughout the week.

A lot of room in this home.

We recommend this home if you have a large family. Seven bedrooms four bathrooms. Hot tub, which was great with deer around us. A lot of windows to see the deer roaming on the lawn. It’s only a six minute drive to downtown Estes Park. The kids loved the arcades in the basement, along with the ping-pong table and foosball table .

Family gathering

Our family gathering is always a wonderful time. Choosing to go to Estes Park in the fall was marvelous even though Estes Park was crowded with tourists during that time. This home was chosen for its many bedrooms, large eating space, and outdoor access. The home was very clean with comfortable beds and nice linens. We felt more dishes and glassware would have been useful for a group this large. We did loose internet service for a time and there were a couple of other small issues.

Very spacious house

This house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was great. The negatives were the poor quality of the main couch and several of the chairs were unsteady. The lighting in many of the rooms didn’t work or weren’t bright enough. The property could use some furniture and lighting upgrades for sure. But overall it was a positive experience for everybody especially the games for the younger children.

As far as cleanliness, it was hard to tell if the carpets were that filthy or stained?!?! A lot of the windows wouldn't open or work properly. The gas grill on the deck is a real safety issue....as trying to get it started it literally blew up in my face! (Side note, it was not my first time grilling!!!!) Lucky I ended up with only my hair singed! Online perception is presented obviously with pictures from many years ago...a lot of little things need to be dealt with on the up keep! I had noticed some previous renters had mentioned a "needs some work" comment. I had hoped for the Price we paid for this Vrbo, that the issues had been dealt with. I was wrong. We still enjoyed our time in Estes Park. Not sure if we would book this location again or not.

Amazingly beautiful home and area!

First, we loved our family of 12 gathering in this beautiful home. The hot tub, arcade room, movie room and ping pong table were used a ton! Wildlife was everywhere! An elk actually calved under the porch while we were there! Some things you should know before going-the home needs some repairs done. The bunk bed is so rickety no one could sleep on the top bunk and the bottom bunk is broken by the feet, the pool table is basically unplayable it slopes so much to one end and is so wobbly. The garbage disposal doesn’t work, a lamp is broken, bedroom blinds broken with ropes to hold them up, front door keypad pretty unreliable, etc I had read past reviews with these concerns and assumed they’d been repaired when I booked, but haven’t been I did contact the owner about a tv not working and someone arrived to fix it within hours. For our family it was still amazing and we’d stay here again for sure!

Overall the place was OK. Spending a few thousand dollars could improve some things inside. Not all windows would open and some would not close all the way. The carpeting could be improved also in areas. Some outlets did not have covers on them. The chairs in the theater room are a little loose and move when sitting in them. The ignition on the grill didn't work, fan in upstairs bathroom doesn't work. Jam video game doesn't always work and joy stick on player 1 on NBA jam doesn't always work. One of the mattresses on the bed upstairs was very stiff. On the good side the elk and mule deer passing by right outside the windows was fantastic. Location is also good.

Large home-needs some upkeep.

House was large enough. Plenty of areas for your family to spread out and enjoy time. The yard is small and pictures make it seem it is out more secluded and it is not. Neighborhood was quiet. Multiple lights did not work in the house. Main fan in living room didn’t work. The ping pong and pool table very used paddles no rubber on them, pool table very damaged. The cinema room was great, just watch the tack strips nails were sticking out and one of the seats was coming out of the floor. Bean bag set was broken. Knobs on hot tub were missing. When we moved a chair out to use from table, screw fell out. The master bedroom shower-will only produce scolding HOT water-unable to turn down. Lots of space, house just needs some upkeep-I am sure many family’s use it and makes it hard to keep maintained. These are little things that could be fixed for the price point.

This home was perfect for adults and kids of all ages. It is very spacious with plenty of room to give the kids time and locations to play. We all loved the deer that frequented the yard each morning. The location was centrally located to all points of interest such as hiking, shopping and fun parks. We look forward to more family vacations here in Estes Park.

The spaciousness and amenities of the property were great. The video and game room kept the kids busy. The location is good. The kitchen was well stocked. However, when the property was handed over to us there were several safety issues (a door to a bedroom locked a person inside when it was closed, a row of theater seats were not bolted down so they flipped backwards when they were sat in - it is dark in the room so you couldn’t tell until you sat down, the sliding door to the deck and several windows still do not close nor lock. The deck has several issues with the grill, igniter button, deck surface, and lighting. The blue ray did not work in the theater room. There were no instructions for using the primary amenities of the property. The owners did respond quickly to a few of the liability problems even though it meant Sunday work for maintenance staff. They also were prompt in responding to requests regarding early entry, and regarding the availability of high chairs etc for the kids. Due to these safety issues and other general cleanliness issues we would not stay here again nor recommend it to those we know, especially considering the price for a week’s rental. Owners did not seem to be interested in suggestions for improvement. I guess we were supposed to assume no A/C because it was not listed versus having the listing say ‘no a/c’.

This house is spacious and clean. This home was perfect for our family vacation of 14. The kids loved the basement with video games/ table games and a theater. So much fun.

Disappointing stay - would not recommend for special occasions

We rented two of this host’s properties for our wedding weekend, expecting a relaxing and celebratory stay with close friends and family. Unfortunately, the experience was filled with unnecessary stress, miscommunication, and false accusations. We did receive one noise complaint, and police came by once. We were respectful, spoke with the officers, and immediately quieted down. There were no further visits or issues, yet the host later claimed that police had come multiple times and said she was instructed to evict us — which was completely false and incredibly upsetting.Worse, the host insisted that only I (the bride) was allowed to communicate with her, and when a friend tried to help with a minor issue, she treated it as a violation. She called me at midnight the night before my wedding to threaten eviction — an incredibly inappropriate and stressful time to make such a call. I had no time to manage logistics or conflict resolution on my wedding day, and this added unnecessary emotional strain.We also dealt with a broken fridge and non-functioning AC, which made the stay physically uncomfortable. After we checked out, the host falsely accused us of breaking a toilet and ruining sheets, which we absolutely did not do. Thankfully, I had taken a video of the property before we left — and I highly recommend future guests do the same to protect themselves from similar false claims.

Great Location, Needs some basic upkeep

Location is pretty ideal - easy access to everything Estes Park has to offer, both the town and the national park, in a quiet neighborhood with regular visits from local fauna.However, the windows have broken handles, or don't close or open properly. Stairs to back porch are mildly dangerous and in need of replacement. Both common bathrooms were missing shower curtains and/or liners. Owner did not respond when queried. Had to buy our own replacements.None of that is that big of a deal, but it's bizarre for the money and it's trivial stuff to just take care of if you give a damn about your guests and their experience at your B&B.Overall we enjoyed our stay, but what we got was a place devoid of anything else. I think if I ran a Vrbo, I'd ensure that the bathrooms work fully, and that the house & grounds was reasonably well kept up, rather than looking like something I was running into the ground for maximum extraction.

Great Stay, Remember to ask about Hot Tub

Great place, communication with the owner was great. Comfortably had 3 couples and 4 singles with their own spaces. The only issue was the hot tub - it was 73 degrees when we arrived, so we did not get in until it heated over night.If you're planning to use the tub right away when you arrive, make sure to remind the owner that the hot tub needs to be serviced and heated the day before.

Family Celebration

We came up to Estes as we have for the past 15 years to celebrate our son’s forever 16th birthday. We were very pleased at how spacious and beautiful this house was, including nice bedrooms. The kitchen needed updated pots and pans but that is due to high usage. Overall, the place was very accommodating.Thank you
