Come enjoy a great relaxing stay overlooking Osprey Lake in the gated award winning Litchfield by the Sea community. This two bedroom villa is updated, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, coffee pot, toaster, ice maker, and blender; wifi/internet and cable, central HVAC, open living and dining area, washer/dryer and large screened in porch . This villa provides access to the Lakeside community pool, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, bike and jogging trails and multiple fishing piers. The master bedroom features a King bed with a private bath and the second bedroom consists of two double beds that shares a bathroom with the hall. Book your stay Lakeside 63A today!

Beautiful condo

Wonderful stay! The condo had everything we needed. We love this area, so pretty and relaxing. This was our 5th stay at Litchfield by the Sea and we will keep coming back!

Would not tecommend

We were familiar with the property and not the unit. While the unit was in good repair and nicely decorated, we kept waking up in the night -none of us was sleeping well. 4 nights into the stay, we realized heat was on a timer and it was set to turn off in the night. It was getting down in the 50’s at night and waking us up because we were cold. Bedding was summer weight and very thin. If we had wanted camping conditions we wouldn’t have paid for a VRBO.This is rented through a 3rd party beach rental realty and they were not responsive even though in March we were off season.

The property is located in a quiet community. It was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The check in and check out process was effortless. Would stay agian.

We spent 4 days here and loved every minute! The condo is the cleanest, most well kept home we have ever spent time in through VRBO?others. It is in a great location, easy to get to beach, tennis, grocery, etc. Made our mini vacay a beautiful time at the beach! Book it now, you won't want to leave!

Accurate description. Clean and new.

The place and neighborhood are both clean and new. Description and photos are accurate. All appliances are relatively new and work well. Community is pretty quiet. Access to beach is easy. Beach is very clean and nice.

Reviewer Comments: Unit was very, very clean; well furnished; well appointed in the kitchen—felt like home.*only negative was we were offered a late checkout & (which we really appreciated) & the housekeeper came right on in without knocking-scared us. She said she didn’t see a car in our assigned Space. I was concerned about the HVAC Sunday night—seemed like it came on every 15 minutes. Best property managers I have ever encountered!

Great Little Getaway

Very lovely little place. Perfect for our family of four. Stocked with all you need and more. A bit of a hike to the beach, but that gives you a chance to walk off all the great food you will eat in this area. Excellent screened porch. Steps away from a pool. Would be nice if they gave an option for use of the cart.

Annual Beach Trip

Had a great time. Property was in great shape and well appointed. Clean and well kept. We really enjoyed using the screen porch! We love Litchfield by the Sea and would recommend this unit!

Pawleys Island stay was Awesome !!!

Property was fantastic! Beautifully decorated and really felt like home. We could tell the unit was cared for and the owners loved their property. Tremendously pleased !!

Perfect Set Up!

We stay in the villas at Litchfield by the Sea all the time and this was by far our favorite set up, perfect for our family of four, the kids room had two full beds so my 7 year old daughter and 12 year old son didn’t complain about sharing the room! Close to the pool and fishing, and a quick golf cart ride to the beach! Highly recommend!

Beautiful place!

This place was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean & it was perfect for me, my husband & our 1 yr old daughter. The deck was nice and spacious, which was great for our little one to run around on. We highly recommend this place & hope to return next time we are in Pawleys Island!

Great but short stay

This is a lovely condo. We were in town mainly to visit family, so beach proximity wasn't really an issue. One improvement the Lakeside Villas could use is a bike rack. I have a large bike, and the only way I felt secure was to hide it in the bushes.
