Condo de deux chambres à coucher en face de Litchfield Beach

Ce condo de deux chambres est idéalement situé juste en face d’un accès à la plage. La cuisine entièrement équipée et le salon sont tous deux situés à l'étage principal. Accès au balcon depuis le salon. Le deuxième étage comprend une chambre principale avec une salle de bains. La deuxième chambre comporte deux jumeaux. Tout au long de l'unité sont 3 télévision par câble, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, AC / chauffage central, ventilateurs de plafond, Internet sans fil et 2 places de parking couvertes. Chaque étage du Litchfield Retreat dispose de deux salles de lavage avec des poubelles. Litchfield Retreat offre un excellent emplacement en deuxième rangée, une piscine, des ascenseurs, un espace pique-nique / grill et des douches de plage pour se rincer après une journée sur la plage.

Great stay

Very spacious accommodations and super easy to check in and out

I would highly recommend renting this place. Easy access to the beach. My only wish would be a later check out time

It was excellent. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, and the decorations were dated, but I loved the property and space. We had a great time!!

Happy to enjoy a birthday and a mini family reunion!

Good experience! We enjoyed the pool and my brother loved your beach. We did not get to try the swim and beach until the last day. Encourage guests to check them early in the day. we cooked breakfast together every morning. We only stayed three nights but could have enjoyed more!

I like that the bedrooms were downstairs, so the ones that slept in were not disturbed by the early birds in the kitchen upstairs. This is a great rental!

The kitchen was fully equipped and everything was in working order. The decor was dated and we didn't care for all the carpeting, but that didn't really effect the comfort of our stay. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and it was truly across the street from the beach!

Great to find a short term rental walkable to beach

Older property, large rooms, bedrooms downstairs, very good king bed, fully equipped kitchen, balcony w/rocking chairs, pool access. Unit dated, 1980s, could use update and deep clean. Air conditioner was slow to cool. Easy walk to beach, bring your own toiletries, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, sponges, etc. Starter items included are very basic. Appreciate that we could rent for 3 nights...hard to find walkable to beach in this area.

My stay in unit 333 in Litchfield Retreat

Upon arrival I was disappointed. This unit has not been updated: front door sticks and is very hard to open, carpet looks 30 years old, marks on wall, chairs and sofa as old as the carpet. I asked for another unit but decided to stay because we were only there for two more nights. The pool and location are awesome! You are right across the street from the beach. The pool was extremely clean and felt great. However I would not stay in this unit again. The king bed and deck were the highlights of the unit. There is also a foul odor on the stairs leading down to the parking lot. Unit has great potential but way past need for renovations.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean and it was nice to have living and sleeping areas on different floors. The stairs were located right by the front door entrance so I was concerned a misstep could sent someone down the stairs. As a mom, I blocked this with my body to ensure safe entry/exit from the unit. Short walk to the beach was wonderful, able to go back and forth multiple times a day. Watched the stars at night on the boardwalk and watched the dolphins in the morning for sunrise. Lots of dogs on the beach gave the environment a friendly feel. The grandparents spoke with other retirees on the best times of year to come down and extend rental time. Love the Litchfield area!

Reviewer Comments: The folks at Tidewater were very accommodating, however I would say that we were very disappointed in the condition of the rental unit. The owner MUST update the unit. Due to the age, it feels very dirty. I would not stay in this unit again due to this issue.

Beach Vacation

The location was perfect and the neighborhood, quiet. The condo could use some updating. The place seemed clean but we encountered a few cockroaches and notified management.
