Near the new McGuires location and the new Pirates Voyage Dinner & show. Our place is located in one of the finest comfy family oriented neighborhoods around. Just 2 small block to the open sandy beaches overlooking the glorious sight of the Gulf of Mexico. 6-8 mins walk.
No high riser building. Laguna beach is a natural open view with easy access parking right in front of the ocean view. Near by grocery store (The Carousel) Dairy Queen 1 block away. Thomas Donuts serving awesome food and sweets on their large patio area just blocks away. Back Beach BBQ place just across the Main Street and one of my favorite seafood places on the west end of beach is Salty Sues. Just a short drive near the house. Gotta try it! Let’s not forget the famous place thats only
3 miles called Pier Park where there are plenty of things to do, eat and shop. Great family fun.

Perfect Stay

This beautiful home was perfect for our month-long stay. The location is close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The home is comfortable, nicely decorated and well stocked with everything we could think of. Carrie and Peter are wonderful hosts and extremely responsive and helpful!We would definitely stay again!

The Perfect Getaway

This vacation home is the best we have stayed in. Extremely clean and well stocked. Convenient to the beach and Pier Park. Great communication with the owner. I highly recommend this property to anyone considering you will not be disappointed. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Another Wonderful Vacation

We stay in Laguna Beach estates twice a year and this is our second time at this home. We love being able to rent the golf cart and go to the beach, Thomas Donuts and Carousel Grocery. So convenient and close by! It’s also a quick drive in the car to Pier Park and all the things PCB has to offer. Owner has great communication and the home had everything we needed. You can’t go wrong with this rental. The neighborhood is always so quiet and pleasant.

Wonderful!

We had an amazing stay at Carrie and Peter’s property. The house was VERY clean and had absolutely everything we needed. Plenty of dishes, cookware, beach chairs and toys, grill, etc. Carrie was quick to respond to any questions we had and was very kind. The outdoor seating area is perfect for relaxing in the evenings. We will define stay here again if we come back to the area.

The home is in immaculate condition with everything we needed for a week vacation. The outdoor area was festive and the set up was perfect for cleaning up after the beach. Carrie was great to work with, made sure we made it to the property with no issues and checked in after we left. We will definitely stay here again next time we come down. Perfect location, the beach was not crowded. Our favorite Gulf spot so far. Golf cart was very handy. Carrie was great to communicate with & gave us heads up with rip current hazards

The Best Beach Place

We were very pleased with the rental house and it’s generous accommodations. Great location to be for the beach, shopping and recreational areas. We enjoyed morning walks at the Conservation Park and along the beach frontage road. There’s even an electric golf cart for an additional fee.

Excellent Vacation Home

We have stayed in the Laguna Beach neighborhood twice now and appreciate it for how quiet it is, yet it is so close to everything Panama City has to offer. This is a sweet beach home that is new and very close to the beach. We enjoyed renting the golf cart and arriving at the beach or grocery within minutes. This home has everything you would need for a relaxing vacation. We appreciated the extra blankets and beach towels in the home. The owner was very responsive and we would absolutely stay at this home again.

Perfect Vacation Spot

Our best trip yet. Picking the right rental home isnt always easy, but this time we nailed it. Being a newly built home, it has an open and efficient layout. House feels roomy and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need was included and we never found ourself lacking any supplies. The kitchen was well stocked and thought out, we had everything we needed. The owner is very detail oriented and thought of everything when it comes to little things around the house. The optional golf cart was a nice touch. Being so close to the beach, it was such a breeze to drive 2 streets and have access to a small, private trail and easy beach access. No more being tired by the time you get all your stuff to your spot. The section of the beach we visited had very few people and it was very peaceful. Having golf cart access to all the nearby spots is a huge time saver and makes the whole trip more relaxed. Overall we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed this house. We were very comfortable the entire stay and are looking forward to coming back next summer.

Beach Vacay 2022

Our stay in Laguna Beach was great! Carrie, the owner was great to work with. The house was brand new, clean and very tastefully decorated. It has all of the things we needed to make us feel at home. The beach was a short distance and hardly crowded at all, which was nice. Having the opportunity to rent the golf cart for the week made going to and from the beach so easy!! The only feedback I would provide is that seating in the house for our family of 5 was sometimes tricky. The dining table only seats 4 and there are only 4 stools at the island. Maybe have a couple of extra chairs available at the dining table? But, this was for sure not a deal breaker! We made it work!! Overall we had a wonderful week at this super cute beach house and would definitely consider being return guests!

Perfect house for a week long vacation

The property was incredibly nice, the house was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a busy week of softball and relaxing time on the beach. The house is very near the beach and away from the hustle and bustle of PCB, so it felt like a retreat when we got back to the house. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating to my questions and request. Definitely recommend this house and will stay here again.

A true “home away from home”

My family and I very much enjoyed everything about our stay here. The house is beautiful, and the location was perfect. Our hosts were wonderful, and it seemed as if everything we had forgotten to bring, they had available for us to use during our stay. We all agreed that staying here was so much better than staying in a condo, and if we come back to Panama City Beach, we hope this property will be available!

Perfect location, beautiful property

Our family stayed for a week in Laguna Beach at this sweet beach cottage. The home is brand new, well equipped and as pretty as the listing. It is a short walk to the beach and has much of the equipment needed (cart, towels, mats etc) for a relaxing day on the beach if you are like us and flew in from out of state. Owners were responsive and helpful, but we had no problems with anything- the house was set. We would happily return in a heartbeat. Thank you for the chance to enjoy your beach house!

Beautiful home for a quiet beach vacation

This property is absolutely beautiful and has all the amenities you could need for a quiet beachside vacation. The grocery store and beach are within 6-10 mins walking distance from the house and they have all the essential beach items to make your day great. Latina beach is beautiful and quaint. Not busy at all like the beaches of PCB. The only thing this neighbor hood lacks is being a walkable distance to bars/restaurants but we knew that coming in so we didn’t mind at all! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet beach vacation in PC.

We are just a couple of hardworking folks that saved up for this beautiful time of our life. We are originally from Columbus Ga. and My husband from the United Kingdom from a little place called Berwick upon Tweed. We began dating each other in 1999 later married in 2004 and have built our life from there. We have been self employed in Lawn Care Service and know what it takes to earn a beautiful home like this. We moved to North Panama City Florida on a beautiful lake in 2018 to begin our retirement life. Here's to some beautiful years ahead. We are excited to share our newly construction home with you.
