My favorite part was having an ocean view from the porch with rocking chairs and coffee in hand. And talk about convenience, there is a wonderful grocery store within walking distance along with Thomas's Donuts. I was in heaven every morning! Not to mention NO elevator waits and a super short walk across the street to the beach that was not over crowded. We have been coming to PCB for over 20 years and this was hands down our favorite place we have stayed.

Comfortable and cozy

Very nice and clean cottage. Perfect size for our family of 6. Not a clear view of Beach from front porch due to palm trees planted across street, but it did not ruin the atmosphere. Road was very busy but could not hear the road noise inside house. If you carry a lot of stuff to the beach you will want a wagon or cart that maneuvers thru sand easily since there is a walk to get to the beach. Door knob entry was a little tricky at times with deadbolt sticking occasionally. Would stay again.

A MOST relaxing stay in a great home!

Spring break this year could not have been better! Location was fantastic, close to Thomas’ and Carousel (grocery store) and access to the beach was easy. The home is a time capsule in layout and design but we’ve not stayed in a more homey place. The front porch is by far the best feature. We spent nearly every night out there. You will love it here!Only issue we had was with a/c upstairs and mgmt was quick to respond. I don’t know that it was ever resolved completely b/c it cooled down in the evening and we didn’t need it. But mgmt was quick to respond and made every effort to resolve it. I’m confident Blue Swell would take care of it. We just never had to deal with it again. You’ll need your own spices if you plan on cooking, those are not provided. We cooked breakfast and just needed salt and pepper for eggs.Book this home, you’ll love it! We hope to be back next year!

Such easy access to the beach, Thomas' Donuts, and Carousel Market. Very family oriented area with low traffic. We loved that the beaches weren't crowded. The living room furniture is in need of replacement. None of it is comfortable anymore, in fact the sofa has a large sink hole in it that you almost have to be pulled out of. Decor is fantastic and we loved the front porch. I would suggest replacing the living room furniture ASAP and perhaps installing a paver path from the porch to the side door entrance. We had a main water leak while there and it was very muddy there. Overall, great property with good accommodations and friendly neighbors.

Laguna's Little Cottage offered all of the comforts of home, and enough room for us to spread out while still sharing family meals. The front porch because everyone's favorite office for virtual work and distance learning. The view of the beach is so beautiful and sunrise and sunset. The Cottage is so close to the beach we didn't need to haul a lot of gear out there which was great for the kids and my older mother. The Cottage is set walking distance between a local famous eatery and a fully-stocked market/liquor store. A little drive away, and you're at the Pier and all of its shopping, eateries and tourist stuff. But honestly we stayed in and cooked and gathered 'round the table before heading back to the beach. The house was clean. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was stocked. The response time from Blue Swell was prompt. I look forward to returning soon.

Wonderful Beach Cottage

We had a wonderful stay at Laguna's Little Cottage. There was plenty of room for five adults. The location can't be beat. Right across the street from the beach! And ocean views from the porch and second floor balcony. Great grocery store within a very short walk. We'd definitely stay again!

Amazing Beach Property

LOVED this property so much for a girls trip. Great access to the beach. Quiet area, but so close to Panama City for more restaurants and shopping. The house itself was just perfect! We couldn't get over the great use of space and the character of the home. We would LOVE to come back!!

We spent a lot of time on the huge front porch. Each morning we walked to Thomas’ for breakfast. The cottage was adorable inside with plenty of room for our family. Our teenage daughter loved the loft bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and entire house was very clean. We look forward to returning sometime in the future!

We look forward to our next visit. We don’t leave much. We do lots of porch sitting and beach time! Our only complaint this year (or ever) was an unannounced crew showed up to take measurements and a tree cutting crew showed up on Thursday for about 2 hours and then again at 6am Saturday. We lost our last morning coffee time on the porch, and loaded cars amongst chainsaws and sawdust was all in our vehicles and us! I know there’s no good time but this was a ****** way to end our vacation
