Wind down in this lovely home just half a mile from beach access! This home was built in 2020 and is ready to welcome guests. Step into the comfortable central air conditioning, or enjoy the fresh air out on the patio in the enclosed backyard. Cook dinner on the private gas grill, or take it to the full kitchen (complete with a dishwasher, French door refrigerator, and prep island). The private washer/dryer can handle the day's swimsuits while you relax in the plush living room. Each bedroom features a TV and ceiling fan so you can wind down your way. The living area sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space. Who's ready to hit the beach?

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wifi and TV issues

Home was modern and clean. Wifi was spotty. Kid's room TV did not work. We waited hours over a 2 day period for response and the issue was never resolved.

Do NOT book

This home was very disgusting when me and my friends arrived. There was stains on all the bedroom sheets, mold on the bathroom shower curtains in both bathrooms, walls had stains on them, living room remote was broken, tv in the guest room didn’t come on, the sink wouldn’t drain in the kitchen. The couch had brown stains on it and also the pillows! It took them about 24 hours to move my friends and I into a new place to stay. Jessica with the relocation services did a wonderful job with relocating us and making sure we were comfortable at our new place. This home need to be revamped all the way around! VACASA need to close this house down as an option until they deep clean it and paint and get new furniture.

The right house for my family’s beach trip

This house was just right for my family of 6’s beach trip. The house is centrally located. You can walk straight down to the beach from the house. The drive down to the pier wasn’t far either. The pier and the shops/restaurants near the strip were maybe 7 min away, which I was glad since if you are too close to that area, you run the risk of being too close to the party/spring break crowds that come out at night.The dislikes I had were just that the shower curtain in the master bathroom needs to be replaced because it looked a little moldy & the tv in one of the bedrooms wouldn’t turn on. My daughter didn’t mind so we never reported the problem but just mentioning it. Other than that everything was great! This property has no early check in option. I totally forgot that they are on central time so was there a little early so it would’ve been a nice option to get in an hour early especially since check out is at 10am. Would def rent this property again

Great Location

The home is in a great location. We loved being close to everything such as the shopping malls, restaurants, the Pier, and most of all the beach! We really enjoyed our stay!!

Good location, but untidy

The house was cute and centrally located between the two main roads. The upkeep of the house was shoddy. The floors weren’t clean, the walls were dirty. It was nice, but definitely not as well maintained as it should be

Nice place but semi-long walk to beach for $

Newer place, but dirty floors and mulch in fenced area, no grass. Otherwise nice place overall. A/C struggled during the day when hot, Not big enough frying pans. Pretty comfy main beds but bunk room beds no good.

Birthday Getaway

I have absolutely no complaints about the house. However, there were some hand towel rings underneath the bathroom sinks that need to be hung as there is no place to put your hand towel! The microwave was somewhat more powerful than what I'm used to, but with some trouble shooting we figured it out. The backyard was just right for my pomeranian. It was close to almost everywhere we wanted to go.. Everything else was perfect!! Neighborhood was quite and it was a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick 2 night stay

Needed a place last minute for a short notice family event. Very happy to have found this place that was pet friendly. Great location, plenty of room and clean. WiFi and high speed internet provided. Smart tv’s with streaming or you can just log into your service and stream like at home.

Perfect for our spring break, April 2022

This house is adorable, exactly as pictured. My 2 teenaged kids and 2 beagles stayed here for spring break. Everyone had their own space. The back yard (really side yard) is small but totally sufficient for the pups to do their business. A couple perks that aren’t mentioned in the description: It is an easy, direct 9 minute walk to the beach. There is also a grocery store and ice cream and donut shack restaurant within walking distance. There is also an outdoor shower that was great to wash off sandy feet. There is a dog friendly beach down by the pier, a short drive away. Pier park, the big shopping/dining venue is a short drive. We would definitely recommend this cute house. A few minor improvements the owner may want to consider: an indoor floor mat may help catch some of the sand, a few more hangers would have been helpful. Maybe a couple of decks of cards or board games or puzzles for the windy/colder days that you don’t want to head to the beach. I wish there was an option to rent a golf cart through the house rental. Keep it in the garage (which the renters do not currently have access to) and make it an add on.

PCB Vacation

The house was great and was perfect for us. Only negative was that the place did not have cable TV. We had to stream through our own account. Small negative that didn’t tarnish a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay there again on my next vacation to Panama City beach

Great time

Very new, clean, updated house.. Close to the beach, quiet neighborhood. The house allowed everyone to have their own space. We had everything we needed. The only negative was the furniture and beds were not all that comfortable but that alone won't keep me from booking again. Loved we could take our fur baby. Vacasa was easy to work with everything went smooth.

Missing amenities

Listing said cable tv. Couldn’t get any cable tv channels. Could only watch Netflix and Hulu. Two of the three bedrooms didn’t even have tv remotes. Called and someone was supposed to come out. Never showed. Contacted them twice. Contacted again after check out and they were supposed to have someone contact me. It’s been two days and still nothing. Also needed to iron a blouse on our last night there. Iron box in closet....couldn’t find the iron anywhere in the house.
