The Kona Makai complex is a beautifully maintained & highly sought after Ocean Front Complex located on famous Ali'i Drive, just 1.3 miles from Kona town. This wonderful complex features include, beautifully manicured tropical grounds, Saltwater ocean front pool and spa, sunny lounge area, two work out rooms, eating area w/ gas BBQ’s, tennis courts, ping pong table, ample parking, and is gated during the night for security.

Building 3 is especially sought after because of the positioning of the main front Lanai as it’s much cooler than any other building in the complex. You can also enjoy the sun & relax on the back Lanai off the BR.

Kona Town is a short 20 minute walk on wide shoulders, or hop on the famous Kona Trolley that will take you almost anywhere from Kona to Keauhou.

When the ocean is flat there is good snorkeling or diving in front of the complex.

Our unit is on the second floor, there are 2 lanai's, one off the living room looking at the ocean and pool, the other off the bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, all linens are provided, as well as a hair dryer, iron & board. The Condo is tiled throughout including both Lanai's.

We have free fast secure WiFi.

The living room has a new 55" Smart LED TV, ceiling fan. There is a new washer and dryer in the unit. The blue "Big Island Guide Book" is provided, and other guide books.

There is a eating bar with stools, looking into the kitchen. You can also eat your meals on the lanai at the table and chairs, enjoy the view of the ocean or I have trays you can take your food down to the BBQ area. We have a light & fan on the lanai for enjoying your evenings outside.

We provide beach chairs, beach cooler, fins, snorkels, masks(no water shoes), beach towels, beach umbrella, Boogie Board, tennis racquets, first-aid kit, hair dryer, iron & board.
