Kona Makai # 2-102 est une excellente option pour vos vacances à Hawaii. Les propriétaires ont mis BRAND NEW CARPET dans la propriété à partir de juin 2018!
Cette unité de rez-de-chaussée spectaculaire est un vrai bijou au Kona Makai. Les propriétaires maintiennent très bien leur propriété et montrent à quoi devrait ressembler une location de vacances. Les détails mis dans cette propriété sont absolument remarquables. Tous les clients séjournant ici apprécieront et apprécieront ce condo joliment décoré sur le célèbre Alii Drive. La propriété a 687 pieds carrés intérieurs, avec une Lanai de 172 pieds carrés! Salle à manger extérieure disponible avec une chaise longue pour bronzer!

Profitez de regarder un coucher de soleil magnifique Kona sur l'océan de la véranda! Vous ne pouvez pas battre cet endroit!

Kona Makai est un complexe de bord de mer populaire situé près du cœur de la ville de Kailua. Emplacement idéal près des magasins, des restaurants et de la plage de la jetée de Kailua. Le bâtiment 2 est très bien situé dans le complexe, à proximité de la piscine en bord de mer.

Des jardins tropicaux luxuriants vous accueillent sur le trottoir menant à la piscine et au spa situés au bord de l’océan. Passez du temps à regarder les baleines en saison ou à plonger dans la piscine ou le spa. Grand espace barbecue avec cuisine et tables.

Le centre de remise en forme est bien équipé avec des vélos stationnaires, un moulin à bande de roulement et des haltères pour les entraînements intérieurs. Courts de tennis au-dessus du parking couvert.

Ce complexe est également fermé la nuit!

Just as an FYI there were very few start up items left. No TP! We left TP, shower stuff and kitchen roll, hopefully for the next guests! The management agency was very responsive to our needs and helped with solutions quickly and fairly.The unit is cute and the bathroom nicely remodeled. Location is great and the complex amenities very well kept and cared for!

wonderful stay

Stayed in June and had a wonderful time. The unit was clean and perfect for us! Nice view and well maintained grounds. Nice pool and hot tub area. Nice seating area on the water where you can walk on the rocks and see everything. You can even snorkel off the rocks on a calm morning! Mahalo

Comfortable, convenient, relaxing, beautiful atmosphere. Perfect getaway. Appreciated that there was plenty of kitchenware and outdoor grills as well as beach gear. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice place for a great price.

Place is exactly as pictured. Did have to buy essential items as little to none were left of some but it was no big deal, it isn’t a hotel. The community where the condo is is great! We like to stay at condos in the complex. Overall it was a very nice stay.

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo and 4th time we have stayed at Kona Makai! We love it and will definitely be back! This place has everything you could need to make a dinner in and have a cozy night or is very close to a lot of great restaurants! We love just being able to stay in the condo and make food and relax after a fun day. HighlyRecommend.
