Kona Makai # 1-301 est sans doute le meilleur condo de tout le complexe! Étant le coin du dernier ��tage du bâtiment 1, l'emplacement est indéniablement trop parfait. Privé et amélioré, c'est un condo en bord de mer direct vivant à son meilleur. Vous ne pouvez pas avoir une meilleure vue que cela au Kona Makai. L'étonnant enveloppement en bord de mer autour de la véranda est vraiment magnifique!

La vue imprenable n'est pas tout ce que ce condo a à offrir; les finitions élégantes et l'attention aux détails sont visibles dans tout l'intérieur de la propriété. Profitez de la cuisine joliment améliorée et entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. La chambre principale a vue sur l'océan et accès à la véranda autour de la véranda. La chambre d'hôtes a également accès à la véranda et les deux chambres ont des unités de climatisation permettant un confort maximum! Les deux salles de bains ont été rénovées et bien aménagées. Ce condo a vraiment tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour vous détendre au paradis!
Nous sommes plus que fiers de représenter 1-301.

Le complexe Kona Makai est un complexe Ocean Front magnifiquement entretenu et très recherché situé sur la célèbre Alii Drive, à seulement 1,3 km de la ville de Kona. Ce magnifique complexe comprend et comprend des jardins tropicaux magnifiquement entretenus, une piscine et un spa face à l'océan, un salon ensoleillé, deux salles d'entraînement, un coin repas avec des barbecues à gaz, des courts de tennis, une table de ping-pong, un grand parking et est fermé pendant la nuit pour Sécurité.

Best panoramic view in the complex!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It just doesn't get any better than this for oceanfront ..literally on top of it! Accurate description of convenient location to everything and pool, grounds/gardens are meticulously kept up. You likely won't find any other oceanfront complex with this much beautiful green space. Constant ocean breeze blowing through the unit making it comfortable even on the hottest days. Also constant surf noise which can be very loud at times so bring ear plugs if you need quiet for sleep in the master bedroom. We loved it. Well stocked kitchen, towels and linens. The reservation process and followup was excellent. Property manager was very responsive with any issues. We are returning for a third time next year and would highly recommend without hesitation!

Great Location and Views, Family Friendly

This property was perfect for our family of four! The large wrap around lanai had the best views, and the pool area was great for our older kids. The location was very convenient to stores and there are lots of great beaches nearby.

Expectations surpassed!

Everything about this unit was absolutely wonderful. The property was lovely, the location was great, the management was easy to work with. And the unit itself was exceptionally clean and functional, not to mention the incredible view. We would highly recemmend this unit to anyone considering a visit to Kona.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful complex! This unit truly is the best. The view is stunning and we spent the majority of the time on the lanai. The complex is very conveniently located and secure/safe. There were plenty of beach items available for use including beach towels.

It’s really nice with a good sized kitchen and the lanai is huge where we had coffee and relaxation as the waves crashed just below us. The pool area is nice and we took morning walks into Kona.

Fantastic Ocean View

The property is clean and spacious. The best part is the oversized balcony with breathtaking oceanfront view. We had breakfast and dinner at the balcony listening to the sound of waves every day. Can't wait to come back again!

Amazing views!

This condo was amazing! It was clean, comfortable and had the absolute best view. The wrap around porch is an additional living space and where we spent the majority of our time when at the condo. Our kids loved exploring the lava rocks and there are beaches within a short drive. We hope to return!

Beautiful Location and View

Wow is the only way describe this property. Every morning we had our breakfast and every night we had our dinner on the lanai. Everyone should treat themselves a stay at this property. We will come back again! Perfect for our family of four, memories to last a lifetime!

The View

Such a beautiful view of the ocean and incredible sunsets. The grounds crew do an awesome job with the landscape. It’s like a botanical garden around the condos. Very nice!!!

Perfect view

We chose this condo for the view and it didn’t disappoint! Amazing sunsets! Nice condo and lots of room for 2 couples and nice that each room had their own ensuites. Would be nice if 2nd bedroom had a queen bed instead of twin beds.
