• Our hallmark? CLEANLINESS! Yes, we’re shouting it out and so are our guests- just read our reviews.
• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Out the front door, turn left on the leisure trail. 5 minutes biking or 10-12 minutes walk and your toes are in the surf. Prefer to drive? DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

Everything was so amazing ! Fruit and snacks for us in the condo when we arrived ! Beach chairs and the wagon was an extra surprise . We will totally stay in this condo again ! Decor was so pretty ! So clean and close to the beach club which was great! Only negative for us the mattress on beds were very very firm and that’s a nothing

5-Star villa, location, and vacation

This was hands down our families best vacation - ever! This villa is exactly as described and depicted in pictures - and so much more! Beverly and team were superb to work with and literally provided everything we could have possibly needed. From laundry detergent and dishwasher pods, to bandaids, shampoo and soap, kids games and everything you need for a day at the beach, anything you could ever need for the kitchen, more than enough towels, exceptional linens, furnishings, cleanliness that was 10 out of 10 — really the list goes on. Plus, super easy beach access with a lovely walk and scenery - you even have prime trolly access if you need. Safe neighborhood, beautiful setting, truly this place and the management check all the boxes. Thanks so much for sharing your place with us - we will remember this beautiful villa and our vacation for years to come. Can’t wait to come back and plan to book again for next year!

The place was just as described. It was beautiful. Everything we needed and great location. I actually do not know what to write, we thoroughly enjoyed it, we’re sad to leave and will definitely be booking this again (if Beverly would have us 😊) Super relaxing, super plush and super apartment all round. Hilton Vacation

Property has been nicely renovated and was just the right size for my family and Goldendoodle. Kitchen nicely outfitted with everything needed to make a big family breakfast each day and snacks upon return. Great walking and biking paths and easy access to close by beaches. We biked to Habour Pointe and Coligny beach. Unfortunately there was no where to put our recycling as indicated in the welcome booklet. I felt guilty adding it to the regular trash.

June 2022 family vacation

Beautiful Sea Pines condo. The condo was very clean when we checked in. I was pleasantly surprised to find a welcome basket with a few gift certificates for local restaurants, fruit, cookies, and a welcome note from Beverly Serral. The condo is well stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach: multiple beach chairs, an umbrella, a wagon to carry your supplies, toys, and beach towels. The condo was stocked with plenty of laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, paper towels, and other cleaning supplies. The bed linens and towels at the condo are of good quality. The condo is aesthetically pleasing, and the furniture is of good quality and comfortable. All of the appliances are updated and in good working order. There is plenty of parking. There is an elevator and a designated parking spot for loading and unloading your vehicle which was very convenient. The swimming pool is next to this condo and is very well kept. This condo overlooks a golf course and there are plenty of bike paths to ride in Sea Pines. The Sea Pines Beach Club is a 3-minute drive or a 10-minute leisurely bike ride. We enjoyed going to Tio's Latin American Kitchen in Shelter Cove, Truffles Cafe, and Skull Creek Boathouse. Don't pass up this lovely condo, you wont regret it!

Anniversary Weekend

This was our first time away that wasn’t for work or family since before COVID-19! We have always loved visiting HH. This was our first time staying at the Club Villas and Bestnest was a wonderful company to work with. The condo was exactly as described, very clean, and they thought of every little detail. We loved the little gift basket that welcomed us on the counter. We will definitely return!

The mattresses, sheets, blankets, and pillows are top notch and make me much more comfortable than some of the other companies we have rented through in the past. Rental is conveniently located, easy bike ride to the beach club or harbourtown cafe and shops. We arrived in October and the pool was closed so I can’t rate that part. I would recommend this rental!

Condo is perfect!

Condo was clean and in pristine condition. Beautifully decorated!! Was well stocked with everything you might need from extra paper towels, liquid hand soap, comforts of home, beach towels, cooler and beach umbrella. Good location to Beach and Golf clubs. (Bike there) Pool was steps away. This was our first time in Hilton Head. Summer time here must be super busy!! A 2 hour wait to eat at a local restaurant was very common. Took us 16 minutes in traffic to leave Sea Pines by car. Tip- make reservations and book all excursions and bike rentals before you get there. (2 of the 3 bike rental companies ran out of bikes) I wish I had known this. Publix is right by the entrance so load up on your way in. Perfect kitchen with everything you need to cook meals!

Clean room, a little inconvenient.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was very clean and comfortable, but in the listing description it stated the beach was only 7 minutes away walking. This is misleading. In reality it is a 20 minute walk, which is a little much dragging a beach cart with three small kids in tow. The beach club had no parking and the golf course across the street was hit or miss if they “allowed” you to park there. Had I known this I would have picked a room closer to the ocean. Another small inconvenience was the dumpster for trash removal was at the end of the parking lot and locked with yet another key code. If the dumpster is full they require you to take the trash back up the three flights to your room. Just a little bit of a hassle IMO.

I usually bring extra things that I think that we will need but on this trip I had to leave it all in the car. Our unit was fully stocked with everything all we needed to do was buy food .We even had all the necessary beach supplies. We will definitely be returning and tell our family members as well about the wonderful experience we had.
